    I was with Sprint. Let's be clear I had absolutely no issues with Sprint. T-Mobile took over & how…read moredo they say it JOINED FORCES. Well, how about some of those forces being used towards customer service, training, customer care, customer satisfaction, How about giving out tracking information when orders are made. I'm here now because I ordered the latest & greatest hummm. They don't carry it in the 3 not 1 but 3 stores I went in. Now they ordered it & said 3-5 business days. It's been almost 3 weeks & no phone. I called Customer Service & clearly polite but they can't reorder because it was ordered in a store. So nothing against the agent. But I'm here now to get a refund oh did I not mention I PAID for everything prior. And the "MANAGER " has been on hold since 11:30 & it's now almost 12:30. I escalated this issue as far as the "CORPORATE GATEKEEPERS " would allow! As soon as I get my funds! I'm carrying me & my family to Verizon!! Wish us luck; I'm leaving after 11 years ‍

    I had the worst experience having communication with this service and in this location. The first…read moreproblem was on the first day of getting my Samsung A11 phone from them, having some of the worst reception signals I've had. Secondly, I was told that they would pay off the $400 from my previous phone service when making the transition over, which they lied about and I ended up having to pay for myself. Lastly when it came to them handling phone problems for me, one clerk said it was possible to get a payment or issue fixed, when the next day, a different clerk said that it wasn't possible. It's like everyone working here has no proper knowledge of how things work for their service.

    I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in a store in my entire life. I walked in to get my…read moredaughter's iPad and phone connected to each other, and I waited while the manager was in the back crying and screaming on the phone to I later would find out was his mom.. he came from the back and asked his coworker if everyone could hear him and he said yes and said "ugh sorry yall im having a bad day." Then proceeds to ask me what I need with his eyes full of tears. I told him that I was there to connect my daughters iPad and phone together and instead of looking up my account to confirm what I was saying (I called tmoble before going to the store) he proceeded to aggressively argue with me. I finally just said okay no need to explain, please just do it. He said he wasn't going to help me because he's arguing with his mom and I'm not sympathetic to his crying and interrupted his coworker to "trade" cause he wasn't going to work with me.. i asked for the manager and then he tells me that he IS THE MANAGER!! I told him I wanted his name, he told me it was Mesi Walker and then told me I'm banned from the store! There was also a pregnant female that was I guess just getting off and she told me she isn't working anymore so "what's good?" Like this 9 month pregnant lady is gonna fight me in the parking lot... all because I'm not sympathetic to him fighting with his mom? I'm just there to fix my devices !!! How is the manager crying and yelling at people ?? How is this professional?! I have been a tmoble customer for 13 years, I'm not a confrontational person... I think this man was having a bad day and I just happen to walk in during his mental breakdown! I absolutely did not deserve this.... He's either lying about being the manager or tmoble needs to seriously look into this store and how it's being ran.
