The over 50 two line phone deal is a hidden hazard. After purchasing this deal I had two years of good servicing. I dropped one phone and damaged it beyond repair. The local rep said to get my second line back I would need to purchase two new phones at a much higher rate. I hesitated and consulted a local electronics store where I bought a refurbished phone that they backloaded my damaged phone onto. Results: same two lines at same original rate. I was switching over from AT&T. Came into the store. During the transfer, they ended up transferring my wife's number before there was a phone to transfer it to. So we were there for hours, then still had to drive to a different location to then get her number over to an actual phone. Then they had a bad SIM card for my phone and took forever to figure out how to import a new one. Then I get home after hours of dealing with all the mess ups, here they signed us up for the wrong plan. So I will now have to wake up and be sure to call in to change the plan to the correct plan before my moms number gets switched over to our plan. This should have been so difficult and shouldn't have been so cumbersome to switch us over. read more

I am a 10 year customer. I originally called to get a new phone for my mother because the older 3g phones weren't going to work on the 5G network. I ordered her a Samsung but when it arrived she said it was too big. I called back to send back the Samsung and order an iPhone mini 12 (and pay for it) instead. I was on hold 2 times and hung up on. Once for 30 minutes and another for an hour. I spoke with 5 agents that day. I was on the phone for 6 hours. I was told by a representative that I could keep the Samsung for free before being hung up on. Two representatives told me I would owe $282 if I kept it. One representative offered me a buy one get one free iPhone deal. So I got my mother the iPhone 12 mini and got myself the iPhone 12. I was transferred then to someone to cancel the original line that had the Samsung on it that I was trying to send back. That rep told me the line was so old she couldn't cancel it. I was transferred to another rep who told me that I should not have been given that promotion but it would be honored (probably because I recorded the calls at this point). I received the iPhone mini 12. I'm still waiting for the regular iPhone 12. I received a box that was too small to send back the Samsung in so I called and got hung up on again. I texted and was told to send back the Samsung in any box (hopefully that is really ok to do, who knows at this point). Then I asked to check on the shipment date of the regular iPhone 12. I was then informed that instead of the Samsung line being scheduled to get canceled they had MY line scheduled to be canceled. The line that is waiting for the iPhone 12 to arrive!! After much to do, apparently (I don't believe anything they say now) that line is no longer set to cancel. I asked them to confirm the buy one get one free iPhone promo and he said he could not confirm to me what was put in the notes by other employees I have spoken to and I have to wait for the phone to arrive. I have recorded phone calls and I now have text logs to prove what I am saying. No one and I mean NO ONE at sprint knows what they are doing or how to speak English. They all lie. Every conversation is different than the last. I have spent over 8 hours on the phone with sprint this past week. I have spoken with over 10 reps. All saying different things. I am scared about what is actually going to end up happening. If I knew all of this beforehand I would have cancelled all 4 of my lines and gone elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more
