Verizon sent me here for a new battery installation in my iPhone11 because my phone insurance is with Asurion. Today's 4/16 service was fantastic, but be aware that they open at noon on Sunday and at 12:10 I was 4th in line for checkin. They told me it would be ready at 2:15, but I checked in at 1:45 and it was finished. For all of this I give 5 stars. But, Verizon made me an appointment with the store at 5:30pm on 4/15. They even sent me a calendar entry/booking via text. When I got there the guy who was working the front desk advised 1) my appointment was at 6:30 according to his schedule, and 2) a new battery was not going to help me much (max capacity of 76 is still pretty good, you just used safari and kindle too much). 3) They reserve 2 hours for a battery replacement, so I either need to leave it overnight or come back tomorrow. I was pretty underwhelmed and disappointed--but the team on Sunday did great and made up for the Saturday trouble. Thank you read more

I stopped in after work because my son got a charger piece stuck in his phone. I was promptly greeted and the tech in the back was able to get the part out in less then a minute. He made sure that it could charge which it Conan's I was on my way! They have a deal where you can get all devices/electronics in a home covered for about 25$ a month which is not bad considering how much phone companies charge. My iPad took a tumble off the kitchen counter onto the tile floor resulting in a cracked screen. I'd driven by this store many times but never had a need to visit them until now. AWESOME Service in my nrw(7 weeks old) Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 smartphone! Checked it briefly in front of my, verified it was covered under warranty (black line down fold where 2 screens come together and right side unresponsive to touch. Said it could take 4-5 hours to fix SAME DAY, and was completed in 2 1/2 hours!!! SO MUCH BETTER than shipping to Samsung and not having it for 7-14 days while they checked it out and hopefully fixed it. DEFINITELY USE AGAIN. Not Very intelligent group of people, I dropped off my computer the front desk kid acted like it was a hassle to answer any questions at all he finally did go back and ask but huffed and puffed about doing so still didn't get any info so I left it so they could diagnose, never got a call back I had to call in a week later for them to say they couldn't do anything for me so I go up to get my computer and they've lost my charger, after going back and forth with the guy about why I know I left my charger with them they refused basically and offered me a used junk charger or they can order me a new one so I said okay let's order one now and he wouldn't do it then so he called the police on me because they lost my charger read more

My PlayStation 4 was stuck in safe mode. I called a couple places and ran across these guys. My PlayStation was fixed in about three hours. This place is hit or miss depending on who is working that day. The support is either excellent or dismissive. Today was dismissive to repair a broken iPhone screen. We turned off find my iPhone per the stores request but the clerk told us we had to find another way to get the screen replaced because his system wasn't showing it as off, even though it was clearly off in the settings and not showing up in find nor by Apple when I call from the store. After an hour of trying to get it sorted out we gave up and arranged to drive 15 miles to another unreal which repaired the phone without issue, never even asked if find my iPhone was off. Needless to say, having to drive farther away because of this was not a positive experience. read more

The battery that they installed lasted a week and a half before the phone started shutting off on its own, often after only five minutes. I took it back, and they blamed it on water damage. It has not gotten wet, certainly not in the last few weeks. Scam Artists! read more

Waited 10min in line, then another 10min for senseless conversation. Tech went in back, came out and told us they don't replace batteries on this model. Wasted my entire lunch hour. Terrible customer service and product. Would NOT recommend going here. Spent $80 on a screen repair for my iPhone 4 days ago. The guy up sold me on putting a special screen protector on it. Within a day, the protector was peeling off. My phone was in my purse (also in an otter box) over the weekend. When I pulled it out, there is a small crack across the screen again. When I went into the store to ask them about it, I was told it's not covered on their warranty and to "have a nice day". Safe to say they will never get my money again. read more

My experience was very mixed. I had a brand new Pixel 4a 4G with a cracked screen in need of replacement. I initially made an appointment via the corporate website, only to find that the actually store was closed on the day that I was supposed to be there. I rescheduled for a new appointment, and was able to bring my phone in for the screen repair. When I picked my phone up, I found that the new screen was seated poorly and was not fully attached to the device. There was a 1/16 inch gap at the top and the bottom was pulling away from the phone body. There was also what looked like left over glue hanging out of the repaired area. I returned to the store and asked them if they could fix the issues with the repair. This time, the work took overnight and, in the end, was only marginally better workmanship than the first time. There is still a noticeable gap between the screen top and the phone body. The technician at teh store told me that I would probably need to keep a case on it to mask the defect and ensure the phone didn't come apart in the future. To me, from a company that boasts genuine replacement parts and repair training from Google, this is indicative of rather shoddy work. For $150, I would have expected much better. In hindsight, I should have just sent my phone off to Google themselves for a genuine repair instead of rolling the dice with this company. read more
