When someone would call us it would go directly to voice mail. Called the T-Mobile help line and spent 40 minutes waiting and then spent 20 minutes having them fiddle with 5G and LTE settings. NOTHING WORKED. As a last ditch effort went to the T-Mobile Store at the Shaws Shopping center. Colin came over and asked what the problem was. As it turns out all we had to do was reset our network on settings. BINGO..we now get great coverage. I was, literally, there for 5 minutes.
