Excellent service! Came to get a new number and the person who served me knew what she was doing the entire time, really happy to be a member of AT&T's service. Albeit having errors creating a new account in-place, the server gave me a different way to get a number so I could use it which would practically be at the same level as an account number in a few months. She was also happy and joyful the entire time despite what the person on the other side of the line of the call said that could deter customers. Prices are also pretty good considering the specs of what they give. With different plans to select, they give you what you'd need without having an excessive difference for your uses. Get whichever phone you're looking for and set up an AT&T account or line in the same day without much hassle as long as you bring necessary documents obviously. I would avoid going at night time during summers or autumn where the weather may be hot during the day but spike down in the night where they'll be running their air conditioners. unbeknownst to me my At&T account got all messed up somehow and the day after trying to fix things in store I called and was met with a rude service representative that was unable to answer my questions, tried to direct me to billing with no phone number and rudely hung up on me because apparently customers in store are top priority (maybe don't answer the phone if you have to rudely hang up..?) read more

I have gotten all my devices here. Every time it was easy, and the staff helpful. I am writing this because I went in to see if they sold just a stylus, needed one that day. Used to be you could get one anywhere, at the pharmacy, now nothing. The associate said they did not have and he was genuinely sorry. Paused a second then went back to his desk, pulled out a promotional stylus from one of the phone makers and just handed it to me. Lets face it, sales is really service. We went into the Dartmouth store on Sunday 6/2 at 11:45ish. I wish I could give zero stars. We walked in and felt so unwanted and unwelcome. An extremely rude lady with really dark hair came over to us and you could tell the last thing she wanted to do was help us. My wife and daughter went into the store around 6:30 pm because we bought a lifetime warranty on a zagg cover for our iPhones. When purchased the saleswoman who we bought it from said you can go to any dealer to have the cover replaced. When my daughter and wife walked into the store they sat there for 5 minutes with the cover in their hand and weren't even greeted by anyone in the store. read more

I have been to many mobile shops and I have always had great experiences here. Especially, Eric who is hands down the friendliest. Every time we go in and he helps us, it's great. My technologically challenged friend and mom both said, "He makes things really easy to understand". If I could give zero stars I would. Second time I have unethical sales added to my account and spend hours of my time with customer service to rectify the issue! I'm not even getting into details of the first experience fiasco because it's too much. This time I walked in to upgrade two phones on my existing lines. Sales representative Giselly told me there was no way to get the promotional price and trade in value with my current plan and told me I not only had to switch to a new (and pricier) plan, but also HAD to add two new lines to my existing lines because the new iPhones have dual SIM card slots. I didn't feel comfortable with the interaction and called customer service to verify and none of that was true. When I called to speak to manager Jack (or Zack) he condescendingly told me customer service was lying to me. After posting on our local Dartmouth page many people confirmed they have experienced the same unethical sales practices at the Dartmouth location, so beware! Now I'm stuck waiting for my next statement to get the reimbursement for activation fees on the lines I never wanted and have to wait until I receive the phones to return them and get my sales back reimbursed as well, because I'll be canceling my services. Worst AT&T store, save the aggravation and drive to New Bedford or simply call customer service. read more

I love it. We all love being held by the cajones by a big corporation, no? None the less, At&t puts the necessary squeeze on us gently but firmly. Their customer service has always been excellent at this store. I went in today to find out about getting an early upgrade (they said no...what a shocker). When I showed up, so didn't half of Dartmouth. Not to be deterred, they walked around with a tablet taking names to sign people up in a virtual "line". When your name comes upon the tv screen, basically it's your turn. Well it was quickly our turn, and we were quickly on our way soon after. This establishment loses a couple stars because It's always busy in that store. They never have enough people working and it seems that it takes forever to get in an out sometimes. Also, AT&T isn't necessarily the best deal in the world. I know there's better plans out there. Parking is also a problem there, it's a private lot, but the diagonal parking lines are difficult to see out of when you are backing up. read more

While generally friendly I find the sales staff to be technically illiterate about the products they are selling. And it bugs the hell out of me that every customer who walks into the store is immediately ushered to the iPhone section of the store whether they are there for a new line or an upgrade. One salesperson in particular, biggest and heaviest guy in the store, can't miss him, just wouldn't take no for an answer. He'd give the car salesmen down the street a run for their money! I witnessed two people leave in frustration because of his pushiness and his inability to understand that they were obviously a bit more tech savvy than most, didn't need any hand holding, and knew that they didn't want an Apple product. The incentives for AT&T personnel to sell Apple products must be pretty good indeed! read more

This store, despite difficulties that one may encounter with AT&T, has PHENOMENAL customer service. They work to find a way for you and they go the extra mile. Plus they are a certified At&T store so they can do more. Went in with Iphone issues and even though they couldn't fix the problem, they did everything in their power to help.
