The guy said I needed a new screen protector - he rang me up on the credit card reader - while I was tapping with my card he already had the old cracked screen protector off. He wiped off my iPhone screen, put the new protector on, and we were finished - in less than five minutes. I'm still astonished at how fast everything went. And the screen protector cost way, way less than at the Apple Store.

I I canceled my service after 4 years and I will not recommend T-Mobile to anybody and I advise you to not sign up with them it has been awful.
