This is a tale of two stores. I live inbetween two stores and have visited both for help with my account as well as phone upgrades. This store gets it right everytime, regardless of of they can help you or not. Always personable, nice and respectful to me and any friend that I send there comes back with good stories about their encounter with any of the staff there. Love this store! Although I had to wait 40 minutes to be helped (hire more people!!), I had a complicated problem after having left AT&T for T-Mobile (BIG MISTAKE). AT&T has the worst cable in the U.S. I find myself constantly resetting my modem on a regular bases because it shuts itself off. Even when trying to reset it it still doesn't work some times. Unfortunately for me AT&T is monopolizing my apartment complex and they're the only cable you can have. They promise to give a gift card for signing up yet I have not received it but of course I received a bill. Do yourself a favor and stay away from AT&T or you will be sorry like I am read more

This store is amazingly bad. I waited 45 minutes to do a return while 15 people waited in the store with me. The manager (a white chick with skinny jeans) stood at the front register and played on her phone. There was one employee who stood at the door and opened it for customers and took down names, I assume his time could have been better spent helping the customers. The other employees minus Santiago were dumb. They walked back and forth to the manager with dumb questions. Worst experience in awhile. read more

You will love AT&T if you're primarily interested in receiving profuse apologies, heart-felt condolences and soothing assurances that everything will be fine after (1) the next service call; (2) you reboot the modem yet again even though you know that it's not going to fix the issue, just as rebooting the famed modem failed to fix the last set of issues; and/or (3) waiting at home, yet again, for the arrival of the next service technician. And as a bonus, there are the nonsensical "live" chats (we're still leery that the "persons" with whom we "chatted" were actually sentient) and interminable "customer service" calls with the very nice folks (bless their hearts) who get to field the calls with absolutely no clue as to what is happening on your end of things -- the very same end of things for which you get to pay -- and who so every patiently guide you through the tedious and futile exercise of REBOOTING THE MODEM. So if you're looking for a good time, and this sounds like a good time, please be sure to call AT&T. read more
