Really wanted to thank Ms. Cindy for always being helpful! She's helped me on not one but two occasions and both times she was incredibly professional, polite, attentive and tried her absolute best to help me with my concern. She understood my stress and was very warm. I haven't had any issues with this Tmobile, it's a little further from my home but other locations I've been to seemed understaffed and I would wait for long periods of time, at this location I was helped promptly the few times I've been here. Terrible service, very misleading, incompetent, dishonest and can't except being wrong. If you need T-MOBILE service, go to Upland. 4th street T-Mobile caused issues to our account, knowing they were in the wrong but refused to compensate us in anyway. They couldn't accept my old phone due to being inoperable and having a green screen, however during the process, they marked it as being a trade in. Three months later we were charged a significant amount of money, due to it not being returned. We Went in to give them the phone and they still wouldn't accept it. So do they really know what they're doing. Just stay clear of this shop, can you give a half star, SMH. read more

Don't use a credit card here. They will lie to you and say the transaction didn't go through, when it clearly did. Called my bank multiple times and it is a fact that they purposely stole my money and made me pull out the money so they can get paid double. I'm so fed up with scandalous people like this. Stay away from this place @ all cost... Worst part is the manager even came up to the employee that was working with me, whispered something in his ear and they both laughed. None of the employees are good here, keep away from this place if you value your money. Since then they have literally took off all pictures on their yelp. Hopefully T-Mobile does its justice and fires these terrible money-hungry thieves... We work hard for our money, for some bum representative at T-Mobile to try and steal it. I recently visited this location to resolve an ongoing issue with my phone and account. Upon arrival, I was approached by Andrew, the assistant manager. I began explaining the situation, which I had previously discussed with customer care and one of the employees, both of whom advised me to visit the store in person for resolution and assured me that an assistant manager could assist. Unfortunately, Andrew was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. He immediately dismissed my concerns, stating he could not accommodate or assist in any way. I explained this was my third visit and that both the staff and customer care had informed me this would be handled in-store by management. He told me the employee who originally helped me -- someone who has worked at this location for five years -- gave me incorrect information, and suggested I go directly to Apple and obtain a shipping label myself. Knowing Apple had nothing to do with my direct problem I was facing. When I asked to speak to a manager, he stated he was one. I pointed out that he was the assistant manager and was never even given the information he would be there later that day . At no point did he apologize, attempt to even look into my account, or even ask for my name. He failed to take any of the basic steps a regular employee would, let alone someone in a management position. As someone who has been a loyal customer at this location for years, I was deeply disappointed. I ended up going to a different store where the issue was resolved within minutes -- no confusion, no resistance, no questioning. This experience was not only frustrating but unacceptable for someone in a leadership role. It speaks volumes about the lack of customer service training and professionalism demonstrated by Andrew. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope steps are taken to ensure other customers are not treated the same way. read more

This is one of the best T Mobile Stores in the area. I have been coming here for years for both a corporate account and personal phones. The Manager Tony and Sergio have taken great care of all my cell phone needs every time. Some have complained about the service in other reviews, like every business, at times there is a situation with one employee, don't let that stop you from going there. I had one visit that didn't start out right over the years, quickly was resolved by talking to the manager on duty. I highly recommend this T Mobile store off of Fourth and Vineyard for any of your phone requirements. read more

He was no help to my parents when they went in and instead of telling him they could take my sisters broken phone in to be repaired, he said they had to file a claim. This resulted in them paying $250 when they didn't have to. When we tried asking him how the phone insurance could help us, he was no help. I've seen him talk down to the other associates and other customers as well. As a manager you should be kind and patient but he obviously lacks these qualities so him being a manager makes zero sense. All the other associates are very kind and helpful so I feel so bad that they have to work with him daily. read more

A GREAT In STORE EXPERIENCE. Upon walking in the door I was greeted with a "Hi how are you doing today" and a smile which I can see under the mask which always makes me smile. I actually felt like royalty mind you I was the only one in the store though anyway Anna and Jennifer were very pleasant very professional put me at ease in regards to purchasing a phone. On Sunday, May 9,2020, my LG G7 ThinQ was damaged and I was helped by Alberto at the T-Mobile Store #9329 in Ontario. Since I still owed a small amount on this phone, I decided to pay it off and get the cheapest LG phone they had and pay that in full as well. I was so fortunate to be helped by Alberto. Wow! Talk about great service. He showed me the two cheapest LG phones (I do like the LG brand). He took his time explaining everything to me; transferred all my stuff from my old phone and even gave me my old phone back just in case I notice I may miss something. He said to please come back if I needed anything. I also decided to pay off my husband's phone balance and the phone I purchased and now our monthly payment is low. Hurrah! I asked much of Alberto that I won't go into here, but it was time consuming. He was happy to assist me. He is exceptional. T-Mobile has the best customer service; I have never had a bad experience. Went here with an issue with my phone, was told i just need to pay $5 and will get my replacement, went to pick up my new phone 24 hours later, to be told that they cant give me my new phone because my old phone has physical damages. Did another employee not just look at the goddamm phone the day before and based on my plan and insurance ordered a new phone. Then he proceeded to give me an 866 number to call...where they then told me it would be 175.00 for a new phone.... What a bunch of loosers, worst service ever...... Así que a causa de esto mi crédito estaba mal. Les comparto esto para que tengan cuidado cada vez que hagan un cambio o cancelen el servicio en esta compañía. Came in to inquire about the iPhone 6 plus. Only 2 workers there and were helping other customers. I left after about 10 minutes of waiting. They were friendly to the customers they were helping and the store was organized. I only wanted to see how much it would cost to get my plan started and of the price was reasonable I would've signed up. I'll try sprint next time. read more

The best T-mobile ever. I came in upset because I wanted to switch from Verizon over to T-Mobile and came across a young man named Jesse. He was professional clean cut and knew what he was talking about. He did everything for me all he told me is that I had to say yes and he'll take care of the rest. He was able to get my phones paid off. Kept all my phone numbers and set up my Tmobile account all within a matter of 20 mins. Wow this guy was Fast. Walked into the store to activate my used phone because of my phone was stolen. Sales representative "Josy" was at first going to help me when I mentioned about getting a new phone. However, when I said I was just going to stick with my old phone, she started having an attitude. I understand that it is their policy to charge the Sim-Card even if the customer's phone was stolen. She did not explain and those and just kept saying the same thing that "You need to pay." You can look up my review history and never had a complaint about any store. Once arrived at the store asked for Steven and he was busy with another customer so he has another one of his co worker yesenia help me out instead of having me waiting.
