This T-Mobile store needs customer service training to including the manager Pedro. We spoke with on June 6th to start Internet service. We asked Pedro how much would the charge be for the full service Pedro stated $50 however customer service stated the charges are $65, this is not what we were told by Pedro. Pedro give miss information to ensure a sell, he did not provide us with the equipment that was required and after speaking with customer service on the phone and returning to the store for the 3rd time and speaking with Pedro regarding the miss communication and the information that he didn't provide me he became very dismissive and did not except accountability for his actions. The manager Ethan at the Haven and 210 location is amazing! He is so kind and smart. He isn't your normal phone sales person. He doesn't just want to sell you. while I was in there, I was in there for probably two hours because I was having problems with my phone. I saw him help several people, including some elderly people having problems with their phones that have nothing to do with T-Mobile, but he literally handheld them just out of the kindness of his heart that wasn't even his job. The store has got to have the kindest employees I've ever seen. They're not just there to want to sell you but even when you do wanna buy something they're very sweet and knowledgeable. First time I've been to this location. It was on my way to Bloomington and it was the closest to the freeway. I came in for a 5g home internet router. Damaris & Lucy helped me out. They set up my router quickly so that all i had to do was get home and plug it in. Service was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this as a Tmobile stop. read more

The customer service was great. They gave me this snync up tracker and told me it was free, BUT ACTUALLY you have to pay $4 per month for the service, not the product, they gave me 3 of them so that's an extra $12 a month, and I couldn't cancel because I only realized it after their 14 day grace period. So the saleswoman lied, and her supervisor who is probably telling their associates to do that so they can get some commissions had her back when I tried to cancel. DO NOT GET THOSE DAMN SYNC-UP TRACKERS IT IS NOT FREE. I wouldn't be complaining on here if this wasn't the 2nd time a TMobile associate lied to me in 2 months, (about an IPAD) so make sure when you add ANY type of service with SHADY ASS Tmobile, to call customer service to see if they are not charging you EXTRA! All these hidden charges are why Tmobile is expanding so much and can pay all these associates! I wanna cancel but they lock you in with your phone installments. read more

My husband and I came in on Friday to upgrade our phones to the new iphone 15s. We got here around 3:30 PM when it was completely empty and Amber immediately helped us with finding the phones in the exact colors we wanted. She was also super helpful in helping my husband ship in his old phone as a trade in, and helping us transfer our entire phones to the new ones. The store was packed by 4 PM and there was quite a wait for the people who just got there, but all of the employees were helping people as fast as they could. Well, I didn't have my receipt because I figured they have all the info in the system. Come to find out there isn't even anything on the paper receipt that is actually scannable. Came here yesterday to purchase my phones and bought some accessories. Awesome customer service from Rudy, he was very helpful in setting up all my phones and answering all the random questions I had. He was also able to help me order products that were not in store but they would be able to be delivered to my house. The wait was not so long either, as this store is kind of hidden away. Wow I can't believe this I've been getting my service for 5 years and the way I was treated was horrible. I got treated horribly just by entering the store. My father was going to go return the internet modem, because it wasn't working. So he entered on his own and me and my mom sat in the car, but he was taking to long. So I decided to go inside and get the keys from my father to close the car, and me and my mother would sit inside. So me and my mother went and entered the store when we were attacked by the worker named Amber who started talking aggressively saying you guys can't keep entering because supposedly their is a tracker on the rug. Terrible customer service, they don't acknowledge people, we walked in before a customer but that person said he was there first so we just let it go, not once both representatives said "we'll be right with you", an hour went by until I had to approach them myself. If I could leave a zero rating I would. I've been a T-Mobile customer for almost 20 years and the "customer service" or lack thereof was astounding. We were "helped" by the supposed manager, Joseph, who was the least communicative T-Mobile associate I've ever come across. He had us standing there for about an hour while he was apparently trying to get the card reader to work. Doesn't tell us he's having an issue for that entire time so we had no clue what was going on. After almost an hour he decides to tell us that it would go faster with cash, which we didn't have on hand and an ATM for our bank wasn't close by so that would've been an inconvenience for us. The bigger issue was that he never even mentioned it the entire time we were waiting. A little communication goes a long way. We ended up leaving without getting new phones as we planned. Very disappointed. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

Very poor experience with Joseph. Came in for a new phone and Joseph said "we have a great promotion and you can get a FREE iPad". Free is not free. I specifically asked - so when I get my bill the only increase I will see is the financing of the phone. He said YES! that is not true at all. I even asked him when I saw the receipt - what is this new phone number for the iPad - am I getting charged for a new line? The response was - no, that is just a way to identify the device. Don't believe a thing they say - now I am getting an additional $30 on my bill for an iPad I didn't need in the first place. Get everything in writing. They are sales people and they tell you anything it takes to make a sale, even if it isn't true. read more

T-Mobile had sent a replacement phone to this location for me but they wouldn't give it to me even thought they were told to by T-Mobile customer service. Experience with the manager is really bad. One of the worst. Lying to our face making us purchase something we don't need to purchase. We were making a big purchase and had to leave to get cash because their machine wasn't working. After talking to customer service we went back to get a refund on the item and the manager wouldn't give us cash back even though we paid cash. Talk to customer service again and they said they should've given us our cash back as we made the purchase in cash. read more
