I decided to just put down $200. Glad I did. I got a call a few days later saying my charging port was also not working and it we puke be another $200. (But they would give me a deal for $120. Heck the device was working fine weed hen I brought it in!!! Debating whether or not I should count it as a loss ($200 down) and just move on or pay the balance ad additional cost to fix the charging port. - I mean it was working fine when I dropped it off. - What do y'all think? Leave your comment. It did not help my situation when I found out later that most other repair shops could have replaced my screen for $150 to $300 . I'm feeling some kind of way now.

Then after a tiny fall onto carpet from less than a foot, the screen cracked again, which shouldn't happen with a proper repair. I came back to explain how ridiculous this is, but nothing was done. The quality doesn't match the price at all--it honestly feels like a scam. On top of that, when my mom tried to explain the issue, she was clearly being dismissed and not taken seriously. That was extremely upsetting to watch--especially since communication wasn't perfect on either side, yet there was no effort to understand her or treat her with basic respect.
