Three words describe this place: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Came to this location to return a phone case. Something that should have taken 10-15 minutes tops took 1 hour. My experience with this tmobile store was horrible. The sales rep was talking on the phone while helping us. She also had no idea what she was talking about and was really rude. Sucky service dont even ask who is next just go up to a random person and dont go in order and completely ignore you. Never been treated like this at this tmobile ill try to avoid coming in the evenings they have bad customer service. I was unhappy with AT&T and I asked my friends what service they had and if they were happy. Everyone who said t mobile were happy. So I went to this store to see what they offer. Theresa was our sales rep. Wonderful. Thank you Theresa. They even had a great deal on phones. I walked out the door with a new phone and a monthly cell service (with the monthly price of the phone) and it is less than what I am paying with AT&T for just service. Theresa was great with helping me retrieve info from my old phone and moving it onto my new phone. I'm a grandma and not very good with electronics. I have unlimited data all over the world. Nothing but secret scammers came in a week ago with my sister to makr an account and get us phones. We thought we were getting a good deal but secretly charged us for things we didn't know about like giving us a supposedly "free phone" which ended up being 144$ extra on top of what we got. read more

Walked in at 525pm I asked if they had a sign in sheet just because they looked a Lil crowded, they said no you got 2 in front of you and your next. While waiting T mobile calls me that they could help me with my order since I didn't understand her I told her good buy, as the young lady inside was going around asking who is next ? Me I said. She asked how she could help me with her head kind of side ways "strange" I said to my self. O well she looked me up asked me and my wifes phone code and proceeded with my order new I phone 7 plus 128gb Matt black and a 7 plus 256gb gold for my wife paid a Lil extra for the upgraded phones she they will get delivered to my home . I said great explained the process no Bs I walked into my car by 556pm awesome service yes some of the guys are a Lil Loud but I didn't mind better then dealing with stuck up sales people . WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN. 5 Employees no one in line but me and they did not bother to help me because they did not want to. They were not too busy to help with talking about what they were going to do on the weekend. 3 other clients walked thru the door and got helped before I did. If I could give negative ratings, I would! When going to the store to pick up a replacement device, I spent 3 HOURS with Jesse and Gerardo trying to transfer all my data from my original device to the new device. After being UNSUCCESSFUL, I attempted to take my original device home with me to try to back it up to my computer before completing the exchange and they REFUSED to let me keep my phone! They GUARANTEED me that they would keep my original phone safe and they would NOT let it leave the store so that when I returned the next day to transfer ALL my data, it would still be there. Low and behold, when I returned the next day, my phone was GONE!!! Sent out with all the returned devices by the opening manager. 3 YEARS worth of photos and videos GONE!!!!! They then said they could NOT recover it, that once it leaves the store there's no way to trace it to retrieve it from the "warehouse". I feel ROBBED!!! Do not believe the lies of the other fake posts giving them positive reviews. After 16+ years of being with TMobile, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! read more

Steven (young in shape guy with 5 year old daughter) helped me find new IPhone did not pressure me to get more phone than I needed. It was busy when I went but I didn't feel rushed. There was an issue with transferring from old phone to new one. He and then Gabby (manager with son) went ABOVE and BEYOND to help my not tech savvy self. She showed me how to back up photos would not give up until all my info was on new phone. She even stayed after it was time for her to go home. I really appreciate it and everything is working great. I've always received good customer service with T Mobile but this really stands out for me. read more

I had an excellent experience at this location. Due to the demographic area of it's mainstream customers the location tends to be increasingly busy. Knowing this I expected the location to be crowded so that wasn't a surprise, however even in spite of the fact the customer service was above and beyond my expectation for such a busy location.
