I said I do not want those charges on there I am not given you consent to charge me. He said he had no option that their system does not allow them to take it off and I could come back in two weeks and it would only take them a few seconds to take it off or I could call and cancel. I told them that was ridiculous and why should I be inconvenienced by having to drive back up there or call them? He said there was nothing he could do. The next day I called and spoke with the Manager Todd who also told me the same thing and he was very rude. I explained that it was illegal and I spoke with ATT customer service who also confirmed it was not mandatory. I told him I planned on buying two more phones on Monday but wanted to know I would not be charged these extra fees, he said I won't be there Monday but you can come in Tuesday and I will see if I can get permission and if there is any way I can override the system. WTH! This is such BS. I am about to call a Lawyer.

He told me I could change my plan from the ATT Unlimited Plus Multi Line to the Unlimited Elite and save $40.00. I told him we paid $115 plus $100 for the 5 lines and he confirmed it would be $40.00 less. Additionally it appears Mark B. signed my daughter up for insurance $15 per month on the iphone which she did not ask for at all. We have made several attempts to call the store to rectify it and now they are saying they cannot help us unless we go into the store. I have been on the phone for over an hour trying to get my old plan back but guess what, "They don't offer it anymore". SCAM SCAM....I might be leaving ATT if this is how they will conduct business. BEWARE OF THE LITTLE CHARGES THAT MARK B. AND HIS TEAM WILL RACK UP ON YOUR BILLS!!!

Please do not go to this store. As other reviews have said, they will nickel and dime you and…read morecharge more than necessary. I went in around September planning to pay off my current phone and use it as a trade-in to upgrade to the iPhone 17. The woman helping me told me it might be hard to get the trade-in approved and suggested I open a business line instead. She said that if I moved the device to that new line, I would get promotional credits toward a new phone. She also told me that the phone insurance was mandatory and that I would not be able to remove it for 60 days. She said I could call later to have it lowered. I later found out from a friend who works at Verizon that she only added it because after 60 days, her commission would be safe. By the time everything was done that day, I paid about $797. That covered paying off my old phone, taxes, and several fees, including a setup fee. The only thing she actually did was open the box. A month later, my phone bill went up by about $200. That was when I learned that almost everything she told me was untrue. There were no promotional credits for the new phone. The only credit I received was a partial one for the business line. I was basically paying full price for the new device and the new line. On top of that, the next bill had nearly $150 in fees that looked like they were charged twice. If you can, go to the Verizon store in Foley instead.

Verizon customer service is having me call to get a refund because it was a billed charged and I paid at the store. I'm beyond frustrated as to why I was charged $50.99 for a SIM card!!!
