They're always shortstaffed. You always have to wait a super long time to be helped. The lady that helped us was not super friendly, but she was a little aggressive while handling the situation. I suggest this find another location if you go in and there's only one person and there's a line cause you'll be waiting for two hours. They don't greet people when they come in or acknowledge you're there and when it's your turn, you get a little bit of attitude. We enjoyed the T-Mobile service. It is more affordable than the other services that we've had the customer service on site isn't always that great. We were charged $439 for a Bluetooth speaker in which Zues (the name he called himself) assured us it was a free promotion. They also charged us for 4 liquid glass screen protectors for $200. This was not discussed with us at all. I later looked at that product and saw there was a warranty with them and would have replaced $250 for a lost or broken phone. Our phones were not even on the list. I have called corporate, talked to the manager and nothing, no help, just looked at us like we were old dumb people. After losing a phone we had to go back to them due to a 2 year contract. Luckily this time we were aware of the type of people they are and after negotiating got what we came for. Went in Wednesday 8/27 to switch from Verizon and get new phones. Darren ordered one of the phones to the store, said everything was all set and the phone would be delivered Friday or Monday to the store. Over a week later and still nothing. Now customer care and the store is saying the order was cancelled... no one seems to know what happened or why. If I could give 0 for customer service I would. Should have never switched providers. read more
