Great customer service! Polite and professional staff. You walk in, tell them your issues, and they're on it! They help each other out if one person has less knowledge about an issue and they get the issue resolved. Ours was complicated as the members of our family spanned across 4 states. They listened to the customer with patience which was very important because we walked in frustrated. They reassured us that they'll do their best to resolve our issue and they did. I highly recommend! By the way, this was not just based on single experience and therefore not only a fluke. We had another issue arise and we had the same outstanding experience occur again. I have a F.C.C. complaint filed against T-Mobile..They literally Stole my apple7 phone. Service was set up 9/21 got the new apple11 on there promo! apple11 n/c with apple7 trade in! GREAT! except when i got home no service! call the Manager ..next day he came to my house no service his phone didn't work either. brought phones back to the store they took all my paper work & then phones! asked for my apple7 back,"we sent it to our warehouse!" will put in for a "headset request" been on the phone with customer service 6x... no help! Today 12/16 a manager said to me you broke your contract.. We don't owe you anything!! and hung up on me. Let's see $50. restock fee's x 3 lines plus stealing my phone! Best customer service ever from Angel. She was so professional but in a light hearted way. So funny. That's my kinda gal. Truly enjoyed meeting Angel. I want to be her best friend. We just retired and moved to Pensacola. We needed new cell phone service. We recieved a discount for being new customers. Wow. We researched the best cell phone carrier. It was T-mobile. Then we researched best T-mobile customer service in Pensacola. It was the Navy Blvd. Store. We are so happy that Angel was our customer service rep. Went to investigate what was wrong with my service or did I need a new phone. Brittney informed me that I could get a new phone for free when paying for 2 months of service. Walked this old guy through, transferred my contacts, ensured I kept the same phone number. Super 10 out of 10. Today had a problem with service kicking in and Andrew quickly and just as efficiently solved the issue. Great staff experience at Navy Blvd branch. AT&T has the worst service I have ever experienced, and I'm in my 60"s. While trying to order internet service, they signed me up for TV and cell phone service without my knowledge. They kept me on the phone for one hour and twenty-five minutes while they stole $150 out of my account under the guise of needing my card number in case of emergency. I blame myself for being stupid enough to give it to them. And, after all that, they don't even provide internet service to my area. I called repeated the next day when I found out what they had done. I called seven different numbers, non of which were the "right" number to help me. They refunded $20 and kept the rest. They literally stole the money from my account while keeping me on the phone for all that time. They should really be investigated for their dirty dealing. Actually, I am in the process of getting that started. I will not be swindled from what used to be a reputable company, turned, in my opinion, thieves. P.S. They will not let you submit a review on their website with only one star, so you have to give them more stars if you want your review submitted. This is what I am talking about. read more
