We stopped in soon as they opened & they took hubbies phone with a quote of $240 plus tax to "quick fix" his phone in 3 hours or less! We left hubbies phone & went to brekkie, ran some errands & later, stopped back to pick it up. Boom chaka laka! It was indeed ready as promised and looks brand new! WOZA! Now I need to get mine done! I shouldn't have given this business one star. I took my Galaxy S5 to have the charging port fixed…read moreafter it quit charging. My S5 was in almost mint condition because I bought a otter protection case for it since day one and I never took it out of it. It looked like brand new when I left it there for them to repair the port. However, after waiting 3 hours for it to be fixed I called them and I was told that it was ready for me to pick up. When I got there I immediately noticed that the screen had a crack on the lower left corner of it and a scratch on the screen that was not there before. All the trim on the mid housing "The chrome trim" had nicks and was dented on the top left corner and lower left corner. When I told the assistant at the counter that mid housing of my phone had been swapped he didn't seem to like it and said that they didn't do that.. When I got home I unlocked my phone using my password and the keyboard was a different color than when I left it there. That tells me that my phone was switched with an old one that they had there. Don't trust these guys. They are not honest. I am really offended that they would think that they could make a fool out of me. i'll never ever recommend these scammers to anyone, and I will see that all my Facebook friends become aware of their dishonesty also..Nobody deserves this. Tray assured us he could fix the problems & after 3 visits, he didn't even tell us what the man at the Other location, the HQ on Bayou blvd, told us in under 5 mins, that we had an extra line on our account that we were unaware of. How can you work with my wife for over 4 visits and not tell us about the additional line? How is it that we had an additional line that we were unaware of?? How did you not notice that after 4 visits Tray Jones? My wife is right to be livid and cancel her services with AT&T. I'm also livid! I'm canceling my AT&T services also.
