Man... it's SO HARD to find good customer service these days. This store has got it together! They were able to print 145 obituary programs for me in less than an hour. Maybe they were busy. Maybe they weren't. The fact that they are using their time to maximize the customer's positive experience, and not "doing it when they feel like it" is greatly appreciated. She could have told me to come back tomorrow and actually called tomorrow. She called me after about 30 minutes. The price was the BEST I found in the area and the finished product is perfect! I've used this store before and usually they are helpful and friendly. But the lady in the teal shirt working there today at 11:30 behind the register was a bit snarky and rude. The guy working actually stepped in and answered my question politely. Sorry you have to work lady - we all do - no reason to cop an attitude. UPDATE: The reply from UPS was so nice and genuine. Dropped off 2 packages that were received but never put on the truck. Thank God I always get a drop off receipt. When I brought this to the attention of the owner Laurie (or Laruen) and asked where my packages were, she claimed they were never dropped off. When I showed her the DROP OFF RECEIPT she became extremely rude and very defensive. She blamed the recipient, UPS, and even the tracking label. Everybody but herself and her business. I had ready been in touch with the recipient and verified the packages was not received, and called UPS to verify the package was never loaded. They scan every step you know. So to summarize, I dropped off 2 packages that were scanned in but never put on a truck. After I proved to her she received the packages, she became very rude and defensive and refused any accountability for it. If you need your packages sent do not trust this place to do it. read more

This is a well run, organized, clean place. I have all my mail sent here because I know they will inform me when I receive a package by text and my mail will be secure until I pick it up. Staff is friendly, and helpful!! I forgot my mailbox keys one time and I showed an photo ID and was able to pick up my mail. I can't say enough great things about this place. The courteous staff is always happy to help me and make sure my needs are met. I never have to ask twice. If there's a line when I go in it goes down quickly and I'm out the door faster than I thought I would be. They also have supplies which really made it easy for me to mail out a photo CD I made for my friend of my pets and flowers. I'm treated with respect kindness. This really is a great place located close to where I live. It's so convenient for me. Morgan has always been such a sweet girl and so helpful. She knows I'm an old lady and treats me respectfully. Unfortunately my experience was not a pleasant one. When I first arrived there was no one at the counter, after a little bit of waiting I said hello and a girl (Morgan) walked out from the back of the store. She didn't seem to be too happy to be there or maybe I interrupted her siesta or Facebook time. I needed a couple papers notarized, so she asked for my DL, I took it out of my wallet and set it in front of me but nowhere near her because I was searching for something and was not ready to hand it to her. However, she reached across my purse and my wallet and grabbed my DL. Which I was not happy about, but didn't say anything. The experience only got worse from there. Morgan was not helpful but actually very rude the entire time. I asked for a manager and she said there was not one there. I paid 20.00 for her to stamp my papers which I found expensive. Having said that though, I would have happily paid more than that for good customer service. It was equivalent to an experience at the local Post Office or McDonalds. I left there very unhappy and I will not be returning and everyone I know will hear about this. Good customer service goes a long way in maintaining a successful business. read more
