I dropped my computer off on a Monday, they told me it would be returned or I would receive a phone call by Wednesday if they needed to do additional repairs to it. Wednesday came and went without phone call, the following Monday I went into the office and ask them if my computer was fixed and ready to go. I was then notified that they did not fix the problem and they failed to call me to get authorization to fix the problem which I had already given them permission to do when I drop the computer off. I was then given an excuse that a large business order came in and sidetracked them from giving me a phone call. I understand that a large business order is going to produce more income than my one measly computer, however, I am the primary person who runs a small business and I need my computer to conduct business. Being without it a full week set me back because there's only so many things I can do from my smart phone. A 10 second phone call to let me know my computer was ready to be picked up because they couldn't or didn't want to fix it would've saved me time and money. I could've taken it to Best Buy and had it ready and fixed before the next Monday. When I picked it up they said they would order the part my computer needed and give me a call by Wednesday, Wednesday has again come and went and I've still not received a phone call from this company! This is really a bunch of kids trying to provide a professional service and knowing nothing about how to run a business! I highly recommend driving into town to drop your computer off at a reputable store. read more

I had two laptops that were in great need of servicing....I was looking for a close location and good rounded service and technical jargon. I had heard there was a computer service available in LaVernia....and that was very close to me...the day I came it was raining cats and dogs and to go way across San Antonio, North or South was really not an option in that bad rain....so ..I checked google for their phone number and called and got a quick response....told them my problem...they said come on in....I did and have been very pleased with the quick turn around and expertise of the work and the friendly atmosphere. These guys are amazing and I can't imagine not having them available to provide computer services including upgrades and networking for my small business. It's a huge relief to know that when I need them they are right there for us. Wes and his employees provide great service. Finally, I do not have to worry constantly about what to do if a computer goes down or if there is a networking issue; I know Wes is just a phone call away. His staff is also very qualified to answer my questions in real lingo that even I can understand.
