I ended up having to return an Amazon item. I wasn't sure of how to do a return. While I had questions if I had done the return properly. But she was waiting on the other person...who initially was behind me in line. By the time she got to me...she checked real quick and told me I had to pay for a QR code. I asked why? She told me because you don't have a QR code. I explained that Amazon should have given me rhe QR CODE. She didn't offer to let me know...what I might have done....wrong. So..I was charged. If she had been more attentive to assisting one person at a time. I could have done it right with her assistance. UPS employees are not Amazon employees and don't necessarily have to explain how to do a return..however it is with integrity that they would.
