When I arrived, the store was packed, but Kyra still took a moment to greet me, ask how she could help, and add me to the queue. I barely waited two minutes before she called me up with a friendly smile and handed me my new phone in an adorable pink bag. She even checked if I had any questions or needed help setting it up before I was on my way. Super efficient, professional, and friendly service--even during a busy rush! I came in to take off a bunch of unnecessary charges added by Sprint, which was rightfully absorbed by T-Mobile because they're dishonest and scam artists, and Elisha was extremely kind and helpful! She walked me thru everything and even called Sprint on my behalf and was able to take off $60.00/month of unnecessary charges from my bill. Ive shown up here the last three days to upgrade my phone. The first day i had pulled up right at 7pm and they were locking the store up so i assumed it was just closing time. Came back the next day and it was still totally locked up and no one was answering the phone. I noticed online it says "by appointment only" so i made an appointment. Ive been waiting for 30 min and its still totally locked up and no one is answering. When i called about a week ago they were definitely open and on thursday night two people were leaving so what the heck is going on? No signs on the doors and no specification of changed hours for Covid. read more

Very unprofessional staff. Condescending and unhelpful! I was just in the story and the representative and I had a hard time hearing each other because the other 3 staff members were conversing so loudly. The woman working with longer caramel hair was extremely patronizing and is representing T-Mobile as a business that does not display positive communication to their customers or seem to care about the quality of service. I'm surprised that T-Mobile got 3 stars. I give it only 1 star and here is why. I had been a T-Mobile auto-pay customer for 3+ years and actually rarely used my cell phones. My credit card was lost during a hospitalization and therefore cancelled and given a new number. Every business which I had on auto-pay seamlessly transferred to my new number. But not T-Mobile which is very surprising considering that they are a "big tech" company. I was unaware of all this due to my health condition and only a couple months later discovered that my phones were no longer in service and I had a bill of $250+ cash due. I had no choice but to pay this, despite my stellar credit rating of 815 which, because of all this, dropped almost 75 points. There must be better choices than T-Mobile. Shame on them! read more

Stay away. Worst customer service experience in recent memory. So we went in for the "Smartphone Discount Days" or whatever they were calling it. I've had the Samsung Galaxy S1 since like 2010 and loved it, but loved it to death. Camera doesn't work. GPS is spotty. Power cycling is random. I've dropped it enough that if I got a nickel every time I did so, I could pay retail for a new Samsung Galaxy S3. I needed a new phone. I was up for upgrade in July or August. I waited for a deal. The idea was supposed to be this (and this is how their marketing presented it): Pay $299, get mail in rebate for $299. The fine print read "with qualifying classic plans". I saw the fine print as we entered the store, they had a HUGE billboard. We "checked in" with this weird Maitre d' who had a clipboard. Dude adds us to the clipboard and tells us there is a wait of about 20 minutes. We had already looked around, looked at the fine print at the actual phone station where they had a disfunctional phone on display. We said we weren't interested if we had to change our plan. He acknowledged that. Then we went to Starbucks to kill a few minutes. Arrived back, Maitre d' isn't doing anything except wandering around with his clipboard. There were car sales/bank home loan booths/banquettes for "talking shop". It was very off putting. And for our 20 minute wait, there's no seating. No magazines. Nothing. Just stand there. There were also two counters to "check out" and a kiosk to pay your bill with cash. So 2-3 employees (one of them fastidiously holding the clipboard). Our turn finally "comes". We go up to connect with our Sales Associate, led by the clipboard/bouncer/host. Um, thanks. Guess we couldn't tell who was calling our names unless you held our hands over to her. We start the conversation by saying we are interested in upgrading to the Galaxy S3. She pokes some keys on the keyboard. She asks where we work to check for discounts. I tell her I work in pharmaceuticals. She spells it with an F and a Z. I am frustrated by this point. If you expect the customer to need complex meeting times to understand purchasing, employ complex people who can convey logical statements to you. And spell pharmaceutical. Eventually, after 10 minutes or so of clipboard guy doing her job--not joking (WHY IS HE DOING NOTHING ON THE CLIPBOARD THEN IF HE KNOWS HOW TO DO PHONE STUFF?!)-- "we" (she) comes to the conclusion we can (MUST) go from a $100/mo plan to a $160/mo plan until the rebate comes, "then you can just go back to the plan you were on". Okay. So we spend an extra $180 on our plan to get "free" phones. We told clipboard guy we didn't want a new plan. He should have just told us, "that's a negative, ghost rider." and let us leave at that point. Incompetent sales people all around. Will not return. read more

I can't believe this story, I've always thought I was treated right, so I recommended T-Mobile to my nephew for phone service, and they provided the most reptilian service experience I've ever heard of. He went by the store and after talking with them, they agreed he just needed cheap basic service, and their 2-year contract provided what he needed for $100 / year for 2 lines. He left with their brochures and went home to check with his wife. He called the store back and again verified their price, then asked how much for their cheapest phone and they answered 10 bucks. He goes into the store and has a lengthy conversation with the woman clerk, and verifies repeatedly that the service is $100 / year for two years and that gives him two lines. Yep they reply, that's the deal. The hook was set, time to reel 'm in. He goes and looks at the phones and selects the $10 special and she starts writing up the invoice, that'll be $10 each plus $2 / month each for 30 months. Nephew comes unglued, YOU SAID 10 BUCKS! Yep, 10 bucks each and 2 bucks / month for the next 30 months. Nephew drives to Wal Mart to get a couple of phones for $15 and returns to T-Mobile. OK, your service will cost $100 / month for two years. Nephew comes even more unglued. YOU SAID 100 BUCKS / YEAR, NOW IT'S 100 BUCKS / MONTH! Sir we would never tell you anything so cheap as that, there must have been a mis-communication. Yeah right. Bye-Bye folks, won't be bothering you again. read more

To start with, I know I can't *really* fault these dudes because working for T-Mobile is probably a terrible, soul-crushing job and because they don't really have any control over how things work. That said, I went there THREE TIMES to replace my phone (which broke on its own after just over a year) and each time heard a different story about how much the phone I wanted would cost and how much my monthly plan would be. The excuse I received? "This is a training store, so some of these guys don't 100% know what they're talking about." Clearly, not much "training" was going on, as the people being trained were all helping me without any kind of supervision. Gets 3 stars because when I finally got my phone, the (very nice) guy who helped me was so pumped about having the same phone that he showed me a bunch of cute pictures he took of his dogs. read more

Outrageously bad service ! Because I asked the clerk to explain the transaction to me the system timed me out and we were told we'd have to wait at least 20-30 minutes tone able to redo it. After a while someone came over to tell me that they could do the transaction with a different color phone. Why didn't they thinK of that sooner??? Also, seriously, wheN I'm speaking, BE QUIET. ThE woman interrupted me repeatedly and then FINALLY stopped talking when it became clear I was going to insist oN being heard. I'll be looking for a new cell provider after this. read more

These guys were fantastic! They helped us out on 3 seperate occasions. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The only request is that they put a water fountain in as after 2 hours I desperately wanted some water and there was none to be found. Great people for the most part. read more

I had a bad experience at this store. I have been going to this store for a few years however, this last visit was my last. I was shown 2 otter boxes. One black, one blue. I choose the blue. He rang me up and it was so cheap I thought he had made a mistake so I said something. He replied that the blue one was on close-out. I then asked him why he hadn't told me? What if I had chosen the black one instead? would he have told me the inexpensive price of the blue one? He said no! He said I should have looked at the box and seen the sale price myself! Wow. I had gotten help from this girl, I believe her name was Sarah? She's from L.A or something like that. But she was such a great help she was excited for me! Lol. Ok..the people were nice but I am too. I have been in here three times recently. Been a T-Mobile customer for about 10 years. My old Blackberry crashed and I ran out to get a new one at the Clackamas store (that's another review)- These guys were nice enough ..helped me transfer data but after four days I hated it and took it back. I was warned about the $50 restocking fee about six times so I knew that was coming, I picked out another brand of phone and for the next four hours the poor store manager tried to control a stream of people coming in and at the same time transfer data to my new phone. He finally gave up and handed me a piece of paper and a pen and after another hour offered to let me take both phones home and try to figure it out. So I really don't know whether to give it a 1 or a 5. How about an E for effort? read more

Of all the T-Mobiles I have used, this one is my favorite. They are a training office so you can get some lame help but if you say something, they will get you an experienced clerk. The guy with whom I attempted to work (twice!) at this location was one of the most insufferable people I've encountered in a while. He's the tall, bearded (of course) younger guy who works there and if he's the one you get just throw up your hands and leave. I almost wonder if he has a language processing disorder because it was so difficult to communicate simple things to him. It was like he had a script in his head and nothing that anyone said was going to affect what info he gave, no matter how out of sync it was with the questions. read more

I came into this T-Mobile store about 30-40 minutes before they were going to close a couple of weeks ago. The store was a lil' busy, as usual, but I patiently waited about 10 minutes before Greg helped me. He was very patient, friendly, informative and laid-back. He didn't give me any hassles or problems with upgrading my phone although somehow their system indicated I had until December before I could do that although I had previously been informed by another representative 2 months prior that I qualified for the upgrade in September. I was so impressed by his willingness and promptness to help me, I ended up renewing my contract for another 2 years, adding another line, and getting two Vibrants. Being a customer service representative is not easy... so be patient with these guys. I've been to this store a few times and the staff there is always very friendly and patient. I believe this is as good as it gets in comparison to other T-Mobile stores. read more

If you like going to places where they ignore your question, tell you what you need, and then walk away from you... then this place is for you. If you like each representative giving you different answers come here. If you like having challenging conversations where the representative does their best to avoid answering you questions directly, and will only respond by saying how 'they are offering your a courtesy, tmobile has no obligation' to do what they previously said they would do, then definitely go to this location! If you like being told they have it all on record in the computer system, and then show back up and they treat you like a lyer because they cant find it in the computer system, come here. Else, avoid it all costs. This location is plagued with customer service problems and this store location needs be shut down. Upon walking out and saying I was going to complain, they yelled at me not to ever come back. Good advice. read more
