Had a great experience with the SE 82nd & Holgate T-mobile store today. Can highly recommend the store, the manager, Ruth Hepp and her staff. Came in with my daughter. Her phone was not charging. Ruth diagnosed the problem, the prong in the phone's charging port was damaged. Now, I have insurance on it which would cost $49 in deductibles and take 2 days to receive a new phone and then a second trip back to have the data moved from phone to phone. Ruth suggested that we buy a wireless charger for $30 so that we could get the phone up and working (my daughter is in college and needs a phone available). We can always file an insurance claim later. Love how this nanager thinks & trouble shoots. read more

T-Mobile has charged us $50 as well as $5 per month for 3 months for a Tracker that we did not use. It was included with our new phones as a free item, but the salesperson purposely or carelessly neglected to tell us about the $5 per month fee attached. We could find no use for the Tracker and gave it to friends a few days ago. Curious about another issue, we finally checked our phone bill and found the charges. The T-Mobile rep at the Lents, Portland store cancelled our payments but said it was too late to return the tracker and that we must pay $50 for the it. We are out $65 for an item we did not use due to the carelessness or dishonesty of their staff. It is outrageous that T-Mobile punishes their customers for the mistakes of their salespersons. read more

I came into this store with an issue that another nearby store was unable to resolve. It involved switching an old plan to T-mobile's new platform. Torre patiently listened to me describe the issue. When he faced a technical obstacle that had led another store to refer me elsewhere, Torre didn't give up. He made a call to gather more information. A few minutes later, the issue was resolved, and I was again a happy customer. read more

They we're really pushy, grabbed my phone out of my hands, and couldn't give me a printed receipt or any information about two upgrades I was trying to do. I went back into to cancel my orders because I felt so uncomfortable and didn't have any information in the emails they sent about the upgrade, and they just we're not nice or helpful. Brandon needs to be trained to learn from his mistakes. At the 82nd & Holgate store, he wasted 2 hours of my time then lied to me about my plan agreements. He called Care in the back room so I couldn't hear anything they or he said. He came out, and said there was no agreement to pay off my phone. I called Care to see what was going on. Agreement was there AND on point. When any person, young or old, wants to waste their own time, money, or energy, or their other resources, that's on them. Wasting other people's time, money, energy, or their other resources because you feel like you can or should is outright wrong. Brandon, you're wrong for what you did and I'm going to give you two options like you did me after incessantly interrupting and not listening at all. You need to apologize, or quit! Maybe you'll get fired. You're not good at Customer Service at all! You want loyalty? Give loyalty. It's earned, just like respect. Gotta go both ways! I went back in after i called Care to say my side. He doesn't want to listen, only what he wants to hear. Just sad! I'm only giving one star (Im rating him, not the business itself. I wish I could give no stars, like I give fk's) right now. Never been treated so poorly, especially after being loyal. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE STORE. This afternoon when I arrived, an employee met me outside the door. She took my phone number and indicated that she would call me in about 33 minutes due to Covid-19 guidelines before I could enter the store. I waited in the parking lot 45 minutes, but she did NOT call so I returned to the door. The same employee told me I was next and that I could sit down just inside the door and that I was next in line. There were about 6 other employees in the store, mostly standing around chatting and laughing with each other one other customer was being served. I sat there on a folding chair for 20 more minutes as if I was invisible. I left in total disgust. read more
