Her poor old phone was on its last leg, it had several viruses (maybe Covid, lol), and it was glitching. It was jittery to say the least! She went from an android to an iPhone. Even though they didn't have the phone she wanted in stock, we purchased it at a nearby location and came back here so Cris could transfer her data and info. He was sooo helpful. He not only downloaded and transferred her contacts, etc. but he also gave her mini lessons on her new iPhone! He was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. He also speaks Spanish which is a plus! Social distancing markets on the floor, and masks were in place. Cris also explained all the plans, assisted us with the accessories, and he didn't try to up-sell us to buy things we didn't need. My sis got an awesome deal on a new iPhone and we were impressed with the service we received here! The inventory, however, was rather skimpy ... they could increase their cases, chargers, and phone stock. I deleted a star because the store itself isn't very aesthetically appealing. They could use some better quality and matching furniture (the table in the waiting area was in poor shape) and a paint job. But for your cell phone service needs, this place suits us to a "T" mobile!

Unfortunately, the way they loaded the truck made me realize that the trash and donatable items were all mixed together and consideration was not given to what could be donated. They didn't even look at the items I had boxed up and just threw them on the truck. When I contacted Junk King about my disappointment I was told that Goodwill didn't take many items anymore. The messaging on their website did not match my expectations for what would happen to the items that I hired them to remove. If you want to donate some of your items I recommend you not use Junk King.

There is also a link in the email that allows you to pay for everything prior to the appointment. The day prior to the inspection we were sent a reminder email. Then the day of we arrived about 1-2 minutes after the appointment time and everyone was already there ready to go. The process was about 3 hours long. After everything was done we reviewed all of the concerns that they saw. The pictures were great to show us what had to be done. The next day we received the inspection for review. He was patient and very understanding of my situation. He asked me a few questions to understand my needs, like how many people were using the phone plan and what type of phones we were using. He then explained the various options available to me and went over features of each plan. He then matched me up with one of their newest plans that provided the most value for my family's needs. The rep was also very helpful in helping me set up the plan and port my phone numbers from our old provider. He took the time to walk me through all the steps of the process and answer any questions I had along the way. His friendly and professional demeanor made the experience seamless. In the end, I was able to seamlessly transition from our old provider to Verizon with no hassle. It's been a year since I switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon and to date Mr. Patel has continued to make my experience with Verizon remarkable whenever I need to modify anything with my plan or devices. I called the 800 customer service number yesterday. The agent told me to delete the SIM cards. When I did that, I had no service for almost 16 hours. Luckily, I had a seasoned employee, Jackson, who saw the problem and it was fixed in 15 minutes. Jackson is a tremendous value to Xfinity.
