If you want to be lied to about billing credits, put off over and over when you call to follow up on said credits, get treated like crap when you go into the store to follow up, then shop here. These people are crooks and dont care what they tell you as long as they make a sale. Horrible experience. Go anywhere but here. read more

If you haven't discovered this Verizon Wireless store, then you're going to be pleasantly surprised! I've been a Verizon wireless customer for many years and have visited multiple Verizon stores for phone purchases and troubleshooting, and I can honestly say that the Rutland Commons Verizon store is hands down the best. I have had the pleasure to watch both Moiz and Sohail in action since my first visit to their store on August 19, 2016. I purchased a Galaxy Note 7 that day. From that day on, despite all of the troubles with that particular Samsung phone, both Sohail and Moiz have been amazing. They have not only helped me with the Note 7 recall, but they have demonstrated that they are consummate professionals in the way they help every customer who enters their store. Both young men are patient, kind, and tech savvy. During my wait time required for the phone switch, I watched them assist customers with everything from backing up photos to the Cloud to logging into a locked Facebook account, which I'm sure is not part of their job description! In this day of poor customer service in many businesses, this Verizon Wireless store is the exception. Even if you don't live in Mechanicsville, you are going to want to drive to this Rutland Commons store to get the best customer service you've ever had. read more

Very disappointed in service today. We have been loyal Verizon customers for approximately 9 years and today we were asked to pay $20 just to transfer the contacts from an old phone to a new one just because we didn't buy the phone in their store. We got the phone by calling Verizon direct because when we went in this store a few weeks ago they said we couldn't upgrade when actually we had two phones that were available for upgrades. We have bought numerous phones from them in the past. Come to find out they didn't even transfer all of the content off of the old phone. Not a great way to treat long time customers. More interested in making a dollar!! Won't be back!!!! read more

Thee worst experience within 25 years, the length of time I have been a customer of Verizon wireless. This verizon wireless zone is not a corporate store and unfortunately the honest and courteous customer service is not given here. I took my daughter's perfectly working iphone in to have a cracked screen replaced, got the phone home and it started glitching. Called the store had to leave a message and no one returned my called. Few days later the phone would not turn on. Took the phone back to the store only for them to tell me that we damaged the digitizer by possibly sitting on it or dropping it. My only option giving by the manager of the store was to pay $50 more to have the phone repaired. I called into verizon tech support and the technician stated that the digitizer more than likely was damaged during installation and not likely to damage the digitizer by sitting on it or dropping it. The manager of the store than said "that the technician did not know what he was talking about because he does not work on phones." I questioned about a warranty of the screen being replaced for $80 just two weeks ago and was told that the warranty was only on the labor. The verizon technician assisted me with reaching out to the Regional Franchise Manager, because the manager of the store stated that she did not have a phone number for her boss. I am currently awaiting a call back from the Regional manager and my 12 year old is without a phone. I will never return to this store and highly recommend that you pass this store by. read more
