In that email were easy directions to sign off on the inspection electronically. This was a great time saver so we didn't need to print, sign, and fax the forms. There is also a link in the email that allows you to pay for everything prior to the appointment. The day prior to the inspection we were sent a reminder email. Then the day of we arrived about 1-2 minutes after the appointment time and everyone was already there ready to go. The process was about 3 hours long. After everything was done we reviewed all of the concerns that they saw. The pictures were great to show us what had to be done. The next day we received the inspection for review. I would recommend Scott to any home buyer.

While the young man prepared to get rid of the wasp nest, the owner walked around the house and identified several other smaller nests. He said they would spray them also. They sprayed and disposed of the large nest and several smaller nests and did not ask for more money. The quality of work was excellent. They said if I have any other issues after a couple days, call and they would come back for no additional charge. I feel they did a great job and the price was reasonable.
