Tmobile all the way around is a terrible company to do business with...but the location in Richmond is full if inept liars...my husband was told we would have good service where we live and when we got home we had absolutely no service..we had to drive 20 miles south to get a signal to call and when we did customer service told us there was no service e available in our area...we returned the phones the next day and were charged $140.00 for a restock fee....plus the fees to go back to cricket...even the owner of this location could care less about the lies thier employees told us...do yourself a favor and go with any other service but tmobile read more
