My appointment was set for the day they moved their store to the local Meijer. I showed up and the only tech there took care of me (I had called earlier also) and took care of me as he should of. Found out my only issue was the electrical outlet I was using for my charger. Not my phone, my new charger or lightning cable. Nothing of mine. Took care of me as quickly as it was to observe, took care of me as a regular client and charged me appropriately. Will for sure go back after my experience with the tech and manager.

I had to go back the next day after they told me it would be resolved and it was not.They had to have their tech support override their error which resulted in me having to mail my phones back and not being able to pay the balance which was the 1st thing I told them I wanted to do. I received confirmation that the phones I mailed had been received and then weeks later I got a text from Brandon telling me I needed to go to the store and turn the phones in. I let him know that Verizon gave me a label and they had been mailed back and I was all set. I then got another email saying that my trade ins had been canceled. When I texted him he said that he canceled the trade in's because they would "get dinged" and he "only let me know as a courtesy" but I could come in and start the process over. I called Verizon who confirmed that my phones had been received and the trade in amounts applied to my account. I will never go back to this store and would highly recommend that no one else does either. It was a terrible experience. Clearly customer service is not a priority.

However it does have some glitches like going through NYC tunnels & in certain places like Penn Station NY where little to zero service is offered due to a lack of cell site connectivity & technology that Verizon is the sole heir to . *************** Nonetheless I live in NYC but travel to central NJ from time to time where I feel AT&T has the best reception over all . So of course I took it to apple & they said, there is no way to fix this. I was crushed, as I was a new to iPhone/ apple user and hadn't backed up my phone . They told me there was a place in NY that could possibly retrieve my data, I was most concerned with the photos, but they said it could be upwards of 10k$$ . There was just no way. So I saved the phone hoping one day some tech savvy person would be able to breath life back into my phone & retrieve its memories. That day has finally come!!! I dropped my old phone that wouldn't even turn on to Rich. He made no promises but said he would try his best. It took almost a week, but was absolutely worth it!!! He was able to change out the whole housing of the phone & get it to turn on!!! Once I got there, I put in my 4 digit pin code & to my surprise it pulled up everything!!!!!
