Now we are disputing the charge with the bank... even his phone cases look like they're from SHEIN or Temu! ;(. I came in, they talked to be about insurance which helped me know what I had access to and was super helpful, they checked the price with me before checking that they had the parts, they found the parts, and gave me an estimate of 2-3 hours. When I came back I did have to wait in line a bit, but it was worth it because my phone was fixed and completely back to normal. Great service and amazing work.

Pay as you go sounds amazing but it won't get you far. The services are not great. If you get spoiled by the likes of Verizon and AT&T then you're going to find it tough to come over to Cricket because it's just not quite the same. But the amount of money that you will save makes it worth it. And at the end of the day, I decided not to - but I'm still considering it and this was a good Cricket location in MadiHei. Haiiii!

There were 2 employees that did not know the basics of how a cell phone even works, let alone how to transfer anything. How embarrassing for whoever owns this franchise, and for Cricket Corporate. I had a pleasant experience last November when purchasing the original phone and the woman (Jessica) was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. Sad she was not there today. James helped us on multiple days for an accumulated 3+ hours, explaining the best money-saving deals and walking us through the whole cell-switch process. His service was exceptional and reassured us that we were being take care of instead of taken advantage of. You have to be a Costco member to purchase phones and plans through this kiosk, but it's worth it for the money you save. They often have dealer promotions and Costco cash cards. All their phones and color options are on display to play with. They also sell case and screen protector packs. I highly recommend buying phones here, especially for the exceptional service and transparent practices.
