Horrible experience for the second time! First was original phone purchase where my trade in on the record was not the device submitted. Required headquarters to straighten that out. Stopped in this location on July 16 around 1145; one customer on site who appeared to be typing on her phone while the lone agent was in deep conversation. He tried to completely ignore me before finally shouting, "what do you want?" Briefly explained no cell bars after unsuccessful attempts with IOS upgrade. He couldn't get me out of there fast enough. Extremely rude, curt, and highly unprofessional. Interesting because the sign on the door said "AT&T." However there was a second sign that stated "owned and operated by" which I had never seen before at any AT&T location. I will NEVER return to this location again. They are not helpful and extremely unprofessional. Zero stars is the rating! read more

Everyone leave them!!! I went in for a new phone they kept my Old phone that had charges and keep Charging me for it as well as new phone!!! I will be leaving them. I left their internet service years back for no service for a week with no explanation and only a slight credit. Now this. I purchased a phone here in the spring and the guy talked me into buying a lifetime screensaver which he said was so easy! Anytime I had a little crack just come in and they give me a new one. Well, the time has come. I have a crack and guess what???? They don't have any screensavers and they are not sure when they're going to get any. Total rip off!!! Do not go to this location! Horrible service, they do not know anything. I switched from verizon to Att and requested First Net for first responders, transfert 4 lines to join my now husband who was with att. We requested that I become the account holder. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that I've been there 10 times for the same issue. Called costumer service 3 times. The bill was different from what they told me and that was the only reason I switch because it was cheaper. I never got first net and they never made me the account holder. Now I'm stuck with a higher bill not the net I requested, and apparently nobody to fix the issue without me paying full for all the phones before they can make any changes to the account. I will deff take this further and they will find a solution for making me stuck with something different that i asked for. Avoid this location. read more

Watch our for 'ANMAR'!!! Initially he seems nice/well spoken, but when you meet him in person (and later after he setups up your account) the horrid customer service and lack of professionalism will stick out like a sore thumb! For starters, the guy doesn't make eye contact, he likes to look at the counter most of the time as he focuses on how many additional services (that you blatantly and clearly DECLINE) he can add. Furthermore if you're setting up a trade in, don't be surprised if he doesn't even bother to set that up, as you'll see when you get charged a grand or more for a new phone!!! His main priority seems to make your visit as EXPENSIVE as possible while ensuring to repeat how many times a '5 star review is very important to him' I made sure to wait a good amount of time before even considering to review my experience with this shameless sales person and I'm glad a I did- as the weeks passed, I learned that the optional services/upgrades including the NEXT UP PLAN, AT&T Protect Advantage Plan etc (that I had clearly declined repeatedly while in the store) were actually added on to my account WITHOUT my consent, trade in of old phone was NEVER setup, and I was put on the 'PREMIUM' highest monthly plan possible!!!!! Oh, and after I had learned all of this I made sure to spend ample time in locating my aging AT&T text asking me to review my in store experience ANMAR/Napoleon (he did NOT get his coveted 5 star review that he had been repeatedly begging for- in hindsight this pathetic commission/5 star review hungry hourly wager worked hard to earn the complete opposite rating! LOL). In summary, I'm convinced that ANMAR added these plans intentionally and has no shame about being dishonest (hence the lack of eye contact, HORRID person to person contact, and outright DECEPTION). I don't know if all the employees at this location are like this (which would be a reflection of management/store ownership encouraging this type of SHADY business tactics), but ANMAR working there is enough to AVOID this store at all costs all together! My husband and I won't be going back to this location ever again even though we spend ALOT of time spending money in Rochester Hills businesses- thanks ANMAR for giving this store a very bad name!!!! read more

Went to the store to upgrade my phones. I did not request any changes to my plan. When I got my next bill, my phone plan had been upgraded, insurance was added to my phones and there was another fee on each line for something called the Next Up plan - all done without my permission. When I called the store, I was told that these upgrades were normally added when you get a new device. There was also an additional one time charge of $35/line for an upgrade fee, which we were told would not be applied because we were on a Veteran's plan. I was eventually able to get AT&T to take off all the add-ons, but worry that this is happening to others on a daily basis. read more

I was very satisfied until I go home and received a message congratulating me for the new service I added to my plan ! Then I realised how crooked Matti playing with my phone added the extra service. They will rip you off and lie to you about your bill. The salesman added items on my bill that I did not agree to. I had my phone bill at $108, he quoted me an upgrade to $140. When I received the next bill, it was $272. I talked to a person at AT&T and got it down to $190 because the salesperson from the store had added insurance to my plan, that I never agreed to. I called to talk to the manager and gave my complaint. Guess what they did not call me back. What a surprise. My recommendation is to not go to this store. read more

The Sales guys will say anything to make a sale. They will literally lie to your face. Meanwhile, Uverse sucks. It is Literally stuck in a time capsule from 10 years ago. Nothing has changed at all. The crappy remote controls look like they're from the 1990s. Although they implemented a cheap light up system to compete with xfinity, xfinity's remote controls are so much better. With Xfinity, I was able to get Netflix and YouTube on all televisions. Not so with uverse. I hate my new service and am ready to go back to Xfinity. read more

I called to simply determine if a business service they advertised in my area was available at my office location. They required me to go into the store to get this information. When I arrived, the informed me it was not available. The employee at the store, that I believe was the manager, was cold, rude, and utterly uninterested in helping me find a solution. It is so disappointing that a business-oriented service has so little regard for their clients time, they the have this nonsensical policy to require customers to come into the store to get simple information that could be ascertained by providing a simple address. Here's the story. Got a new phone so I decided to buy a screen protector. Turns out the one I bought was faulty and cracked w/out any reason. No big deal went into store and they replaced it (called it a courtesy). The one that replaced the cracked one, cracked a day later. So again I went into store, asked for a refund because I no longer wanted the faulty product. They told me it was non refundable thru store and I had to deal w/ the screen protector company. OTHER THAN THAT This AT&T is usually topnotch. I normally give all the employees 10's because they do really good job. However if you're looking to buy a screen protector avoid this place and use Amazon like I should of. BTW Screen protector cost $60 read more

I switched from Sprint to AT&T about a year ago at this store. Jacob and the team here have since that time helped me countless times with excellent service! I've added phones, merged accounts, had screen protectors replaced and switched to AT&T cable. Every step the crew here have made everything as easy as possible. Best staff ever. They went way above what they needed to do for getting me a free Note 20 and helping me port a number over from Metro PCS. Metro said I needed to pay another month of service so they could port the number over . At&T sorted that out quick. Great store and great support. read more
