It's a horrible long story. I came into the Rutland store and met with Trent, and he took control of the situation. He knew more about how to fix this complex issue than the folks at the main AT&T company. He spent over 2 straight hours making everything right. If you ever have any trouble Trent is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable, calm and also kind to work with.

I am so glad I went there Jon was a huge help. Never been with AT&T and I was switching from Xfinity over to them not because there was anything wrong with Xfinity, but I was moving. i was told over the phone that the screen repair for my iphone 14 would be $125 i get there and he…read moretold me it was $145 just to realize he might have broke my top speaker it was fine when it was broken the phone isn't heating up or anything and the sound from it was completely fine. then he forcefully took off the screen he could've broke it but not fully sure he did or not but now i got to wait a day to get it fixed and if he can't get the right part to wherever he was going the next day i would have to wait till tuesday I got my phone back the next day and the phone works fine i just think the battery is now messed up.
