Samsung automatically updates my phone, and this update was flawed, as it wiped everything off my home screen (except the Google apps), and wouldn't let me move any of my apps back to my home screen. 4 hours of frustration, and it was fixed by a store tech in less than 15 minutes. I had difficulty transferring my phone number from another cell company. Several Verizon employees worked hard to help me get my phone working again so I would not be out of phone service for 3 days.
