Went to the store in Alamo Ranch. My phone locked & I didn't remember password, which I changed with the new fingerprint option. First, the parking is terrible , next to Starbucks. Anyway, the wait was about 40 mins. As I waited I noticed that one of the techs was very chatty with her customer. Sitting close I hear conversation & it was nothing phone related. Customer was with tech the whole time I was there, which was about an hour & a half! With customers waiting I think tech was not professional. Well, then my tech got to me. Explained problem & he said he had to look up how to unlock phone as it was an older model. He actually "You Tubed" it.. had already done that!! So, he tried this & that & I knew he didn't know what to do or how to fix it. So, said it was fried & I needed new phone. Left & went to location on Mainland/Bandera Rd. So glad I did. Edith was able to get back my contacts, pics & change my password, which that other tech had no idea on how to do. Second location 100% better. Again, Edith was so fast & very knowledgeable. read more

The customer service could've been WAY better. I was there to upgrade my phone (: but The "worker" was named " J " ( tatted all over ; go figure ). Horrible service . Unfortunately he wasn't knowledgeable enough for me to stick around after the attitude he provided. I was making sure it wasn't just me so I asked a fellow customer and they agreed. I'm sure everyone else would be great but this guy definitely needs a talking to. Ended up doing the whole process myself online through the app!! Regarding the T-Mobile store at Culebra and 1604. Do T-Mobile employees work on commission? If so, the girl that just changed my screensaver out, lost commission on a Ultra 2 watch. She could not be bothered to help me with a watch. She changed my screensaver and even after I asked her if it was OK to try on the Ultra 2 watch that was on display she still did not offer to help me. I will go to another store. read more

I came here on Thursday evening having a basic idea of what I wanted to get but still needed help. Matthew helped me out and was exceptional. I appreciated that he was not pushy. I've been in retail for so many years that I know when someone is being genuine and have manager qualities. He has amazing customer service skills. I shared with him that I spoke to someone from customer service and mentioned that I could've done it online but needed help with making a decision. He was honest with all of the options given to me. I appreciated that because he wasn't all about making money right now but more about the relationship I'll have with T-Mobile. My husband came here about a week ago to have his phone serviced and Raymond was very helpful and understanding of his situation. Came in today, Sep 26 at 3pm, to upgrade my phone and get a new watch. Walked in and was looking around with no words greeting or addressing me. During this time I watched as a worker, white shoes with roses, greeted everyone else that came in IMMEDIATELY and got their names. Was walking around for a while and sat waiting for a rep when we realized that because we were ignored we weren't even in line. Please address workers responsibilities. read more

I switched our two phones from Sprint to T Mobile last week. Unfortunately, after three visits to the store we were still having problems with the phones. My husband was getting my calls and I his. Today on the fourth visit I asked to speak to the store manager. Joshua A. stepped forward and jumped into action. Within a few minutes he not only fixed my phone but insisted on going to my husband's place of work and fixing his! Thank you Joshua. That's what I call service!!!! read more

My girlfriend and I visited the culebra location in Alamo ranch to see about opening a new phone line for her. We were helped by Chris (had colored hair) with the process. He was incredibly helpful and ensured we got any deals available, we went just to see about pricing and walked out with a new phone and new line. This has got to be one of the worst T-Mobile stores I have ever been to. I started by going online and looking at the "wait times" of stores near me. This one said an hour, but I could join the list online. I did that, and I got a text saying it would let me know when it was my turn. I decided to head over that way and grab a drink at a nearby restaurant. 50 minutes later I went to the store. I "checked in" and got the "be right with you". 20 minutes later he came over to me and told me they were having system issues and could only accept cash, and if I want to do that he would be more than happy to help me. Really? I am looking to buy a new $1100 phone, let me check my pockets. Nope, sorry sport don't have that on me but a heads up 20 minutes ago would have been nice. Will never go back here again. read more

I drove a friend to the tire shop when we wanted to stop for the Starbucks that's in the same building as the T-Mobile store. She wanted to go in and ask for prices and like in all stores they did the usual sales pitch and made her to sign up as only today she can get that special price. This is the usual and this happens at almost all cellphone stores. Now here comes why my rating is lower, as I said he happens at almost all stores that they want to sell you something or sign you up for something on the spot. At my Sprint store they actually send me away to a best buy store as they had the phone I wanted on sale. So there are stores that don't want to sell no matter what as Sprint made me happy with that and that's why I am not switching over. I am not sure if my friend got the deal as that's not up to me. I wish these stores would stop pushing so hard as they do. read more

If you like being yelled at and being embarrassed and having your business shared to all the customers in the store than T Mobile Alamo Ranch is for you . Went in Saturday May 8 and received the worst customer service of my life . Rather than be confrontational with them my wife and I simply left the store . We then went a to the t-mobile office 5 mins away on Culebra just inside 1604. The staff here were much more courteous and professional. I bought the new iPhone 12 and thanked them for improving our day . I will never step foot again at the Alamo Ranch t-mobile office at 10826 Culebra ( outside 1604)! WHAT A WONDERFUL STORE! I came in to switch from another provider that was really causing my wallet some stress. Everyone said hi to me when I walked into the store. The staff was so nice and helpful and made the whole process so easy. They have awesome perks (like T-Mobile Tuesday's) and great incentives. I feel like I am getting so much for the price and the customer service is amazing. They have an actual person answer when you call!! They really care about their customers (unlike some other large cell companies) The manager is so helpful and accommodating and personable. The employees also seemed really happy to be working there and I enjoyed talking with the sales rep Alan! I will recommend this store and company to everyone! read more

I'm hoping someone would address this issue. This review is for the Tmobile store in culebra, and the two representatives that assisted me. This problem has already happened to me twice, and I just have to say something. I went to the store on 09/27/2016 and 01/21/2017 to purchase new phones. On these two consecutive days, I was charge $12.00 Jump insurance without my consent. The second time I made sure to tell the lady that was helping me to not put the Jump insurance on the phone, but on the next bill, here we go again, the $12.00 insurance that I never asked. Customer service on the phone was excellent in resolving the issue; however, at first they weren't going to refund me my $12.00 because technically I already used the insurance. But I said that I never asked it in the first place so why am I responsible for it. The issue was solve nevertheless. But what irritates me the most is that after I said that I do not want the insurance, it still showed up in my account. Is it automatically placed there every timie I buy a new phone? It doesn't make sense to me at all. This only happened to me on this location and those two consecutive days. I bought phones here before but it never happened. Seriously, this issue needs to be addressed! I will be contacting the company about this matter. read more

This store is awesome, as a very long time customer of T-Mobile this store is where I go for upgrades and questions. The staff is terrific.

I walked in to this store to inquire about a promotion they were running and was quickly greeted by everyone in the store. The rep that ended up helping me and answering all my questions was Abe and did a stellar job in provided detailed answers to my questions. I was in and out in about 20mins with two more lines activated. I hope all the T-Mobile locations have sales reps like this store. read more
