I pretty much already knew what I wanted, but I will point out that Mike didn't exactly run me through different options. Not a big deal--I don't usually want to be given product pitches anyhow. Unfortunately, my experience was marred the next day, when I started receiving texts about how I had apparently added Protection360 for my device. I did not do this, and I was not informed about this being added on during my time at T-Mobile. If you search online, you'll quickly find that many people have this same experience of reps subscribing you to add-ons due to commissions and pressure from management. Tuesday I desperately needed to know why my phone was doing weird stuff. I googled the nearest location to me and spoke with a person who could not tell me what store was next door to her. So,That was a no brainer....off to the location next to BJ's. When I walked into T-Mobile I was greeted right away. A young man by the name of Billy was nice, knowledgeable and very professional. came here about a month ago and added 2 lines with a promotion they had going on. the female rep i received help from (don't remember her name but i will update if i do remember) asked me if i wanted 360 protection and protection for the new lines and i declined 3 times. after everything got finalized i received my new monthly payments and it came out to $275 which is crazy because she said i would be paying $50 for each phone the next month which totals to $150 i called T-Mobile and explained everything and found out the lady added those extra add ons when i said NO. please be aware if you go here read more

The customer service was outstanding my representative was named Jacob he was very knowledgeable very patient and helpful. He Was diligent and dealing with the customer care and taking care of all my needs. The manager Ricardo was instrumental and helping to get the things solved that had taken 4 months with t-mobile. On 8/27/21 I went in to purchase a galaxy watch. I don't recall the associates name but boy did he mess my account up. After 8 phone calls to T-Mobile customer service I am hoping my account is back to normal. The associate was having a hard time activating the watch I went in to purchase. I did not want to add a line just replace an existing device that was paid off. Well the associate took it upon himself to add two additional watch lines to my account and never activated the watch I purchased that day. It turned into a nightmare and additional charges that summed up to about 150 over 3 billing cycle that I should have not had to pay. I am hoping after 8 phone calls each lasting about 1-2 hours it is finally situated. read more

We went to upgrade our phones here yesterday 5/29/15. The upgrade went fine Christopher was a fantastic help. My phone was going to take twenty minutes to switch the info to the new phone so he told us to grab some food and come back then. That was at 7:45. We came back at 8:02 and the store was closed and locked. A set of customers were still inside with a female associate so we knocked. She looked over and then turned back to her customers. Naturally we knocked again in a few minutes and she did the same. After 26 minutes of waiting outside she opened the door for the other customers and we were waiting patiently outside as we started to come in she rudely said "no, you can't come in". Sorry but is this how service is done? High jack our phones (new and old) and refuse to even see what we needed... Thankfully after 35+ minutes Christopher came out from the back and told her we just needed to pick up our phones. T-Mobile is this how business is done? No instructions or appointment made as to what time to come back except 1 hour before closing time. Came back the following day and none of those spoken to was around, all new faces. Awesome service by Jacob S., above and beyond help! I recently went to the store to activate my 4 lines. I made an online order but it was going to take additional days for the sims to arrive. Unfortunately, I had scheduled my service to be canceled by my prior provider prior to the sims arriving. It was a nightmare situation since I use my phone to work. Thankfully, Jacob S. helped me out. I can not thank him enough. He spent 4 hours walking me through the process to activate the phones, bring in my old numbers, and get my reimbursement for the current switch deal available. BullSh*t service at this location. Spoke with Cherise on Wednesday's Daisy today and they say conflicting things. Manager will call you back (on Wednesday), but today Daisy states " Oh He WONT'T call you back, he's on lunch and can take your questions in 15 minutes". On Wednesday, manager was out to a meeting, and Cherise said he would call when he returns. Any damn managers at this location? And what's with the conflicting information? On Wednesday, Cherise told me the manager would reverse the fraudulent charges from the insurance I never authorized. It wasn't done. Very, very poor customer service at this location. read more

Ill agree, you take forever to answer the phone and also lag it when on hold. But i went in the other day and the new manager was very helpfull, forgot his name but hes the one on crutches. Forgot the other guys name helping us too. But both were very detailed and informative, let us know what would be cheaper and better for what we were looking for. If you love being talked down to as if your a two year old, then this is the place for you! Went in with the intent to get a new phone. Pretty busy location, been a loyal t-mobilan lol for a while, and my phone has been having issues. Have an important event coming up that I need my phone to complete purchases in, and to avoid embarrassment wanted to get a new phone to work as fast as I do. Bearded 30 y/o offered to assist me when I walked in. Fast service, and terrible and rude as well. Apparently we are supposed to know what phone are available and what the payments would change to as well as the down payment amounts. Didn't realize after a long 8 hr day at work, that I would need to figure this out on my own although that's their job? I was so bothered by the way he spoke that I just walked out. Rather travel an hour to a location a friend works to than ever give this place any business. Hunny, good luck working at t mobile until the end of time.
