At opening, only one employee so recommend either to try to be first person there with reservation or come hour+ later when another employee comes. I had the very first appointment and only arrived one min behind and ended up waiting because someone else was already being taken care of. So don't be one min late at opening. I know it's COVID and probably have less employees so I was patient and waited. Once I was with the employee, Tony was excellent, polite and knowledgeable. He made sure to follow COVID rules and clean table and seat areas in between customer visits. I believe his manager was next to arrive and was nice to come by to make sure everything was going well. Tony helped me buy/upgrade to a Samsung a51 5g and get a new case for my father's iPhone. Glad he didn't try to push to up-sell us to any of the most expensive phones after briefly asking if I wanted the Samsung note phone. Then a week later I came back to return my old phone and had a new employee being trained. I forgot their names. I decided to come an hour+ later without a reservation and this time was with employees right away, because they had more employees. Called this AT&T Corporate Store from the parking lot of a horrible AT&T retailer owned by a third party, go figure. I inquired if they had a screen protector for an iPhone 13 Pro Max or an iPhone 14 Pro Max would also be okay. I was told they had one for an iPhone 14 Pro Max and i told him i would be right there. When i walked in, several employees asked if they could help me. I said, "I just called about a screen protector for an iPhone 13 Pro Max and was you have one for an iPhone 14 Pro Max." A salesman assisted me and said I spoke to him. He was very helpful and progressional and had excellent customer service. He is the first person at AT&T who told me on the phone that you can contact AT&T directly and tell them you have the screen protector plan and are having trouble locating one for your iPhone in stores and they will ship one directly to you. In person he also told me that I could bring it in and they will install it for me. Really nice to say! We have been an ATT customer for over 20 years (back when they Cingular). We recently upgraded our phones with a trade in. We pay for 5 lines. Phones were picked up at an ATT store. The gentleman at the store helped us factory reset the trade-in phones and mail them back in. ATT has denied our trade in stating the phones were not unlocked - They don't know how to do that? After spending hours upon hours online, and with phone support, and the store we are out of luck - they don't care one bit. and since their processes take so long, it is past the return date of the new phones. We are jumping ship to Verizon no matter what it costs. ATT does not care about its customers. Avoid them like the plague. read more

I would like to start this review off with how GARBAGE this location is. There is a security guard that acts like he is a police officer. He was NO HELP. There was 5 people ahead of us and we made an online order. HUH? Isn't the whole point of online ordering 2 hours early to pick it up at my own convenience? Absolute worst experience ever! The representative "Alexandria" that was helping us had attitude the whole time like she couldn't be bothered. I opened 4 lines in which the activation fee's were supposed to be waived due to the "FAN Discount" yet this store failed to 1)Enroll me at all 2)Waive the fees after several calls to customer service&their store. First bill came out to be $420 when it was only supposed to be $296. Worse service possible i've had nothing but headaches since buying phones/service from this store. With 7-9 families waiting 2 of them being helped. The security guard is checking people in. And at one point he was the only person on the floor. Pretty sad to see things work that way. This specific ATT store completely screwed me over. My sister and I went to get Apple watches. The rep told us it was monthly installments. Okay, cool. We already knew we would be doing installments for the watches. Then, he offered us AirPods. And we were like, "no." But, he said they were having a deal and they were $15. I repeated back to him, "only $15?!" And he said yes, just $15 dollars. Wow, great deal right? Just $15 for our AirPods. We even talked about how they were almost $200 and it was great that we were getting them for $15. Well, come my next bill. And it's $15 a month installments for a year. He did not once mention it was an installment for $15 a month. He only said that the watches would be installments. Not the AirPods. I talked with customer service about 3 times and called the store about 4. Nothing was ever done. And apparently, no one could do anything. My second incident. I got a new iPhone 8Plus. And it was stolen a few days later. I tried to make an insurance claim. Buuuut, my insurance didn't transfer over and no associate bothered to tell me that it didn't transfer over to my new phone. I talked for hours with multiple of people and again, there was nothing they could do. So, I very specifically asked if I could just make installments on the phone, without having service on for the phone. I was told yes. Fast forward a week later. And I am being charged the entire price for the phone on my bill. I called customer service again. And they told me I couldn't have service disconnected AND make installments. Even though, that is exactly what I was told the week before. It took a lot of trouble and time, but I had to reconnect service. Then, have the account suspended correctly. An absolute stressful and terrible experience from ATT. So. Fucking. Stressful. read more
