This location feels like its in the middle of nowhere. I walked in and there was nobody here at noon on a Monday. I asked the workers if there's always nobody here and they said their biggest rush is about 3 people each day. Which is a pretty sweet deal for them and for anyone who comes here. You'll be seen pretty much right away each time. The staff both helped me out. Sometimes taking turns, sometimes together. Got both of their attention which was nice and made for some light banter between us all. I came in for T-mobile internet. I was pretty set that I wanted it but I came for more information first. They acted a bit prematurely and went to sign me up after explaining the bare minimum with me, which I didn't like at all, and although I was pretty set, I slowed them down and still had them walk through the information with me. Because they were ready to sell me, I knocked them down a star for not listening to me and what I was searching for. Other than that, they answered all of my questions, gave me tips for other T-mobile related products, and shared tech-related issues and ideas about the future which was a cool insight into the field I know nothing about. Parking lot is shared with other businesses. There are sharp turns here and even though it says its a two way parking lot, its really only suitable for one person to go at a time. Picked up today's T-Mobile Tuesday freebie from this location. Glad to see it wasn't super busy and the line of 2 people in front of me went quickly. Employees were ready to assist with their tablets, and they had a steady stock of the selfie lights available. Glad I lucked out and got mine, lol. The parking lot outside is a good size but has tight corners, so roll slow. I'd recommend this T-Mobile store for great service without a long wait! =) read more

Decided to upgrade my phones at the Murphy Canyon Rd. location, before the Black Friday sale, to beat the crowds. Sal took care me, offering me the same Black Friday deals. I was able to walk out the door two new 17s and a iPad. iPad was 50% off, saved me $250.00 One of the two phones was free and second one was discounted. Paying for the iPad and second phone, my bill is only $35 more than what I've been paying. Major discounts if you are a veteran. Sal was extremely helpful and generous with the discounts. I saved close to $1000.00 with their trade in deals. Salvador also set up my phones, transfer my iCloud data, received Hula and Netflix for free and he set up those accounts on my phones and iPad before I've never been a fan of purchasing phones, the Apple Store is a bit loud, busy and the parking is terrible. Sal's the man, if you're looking into upgrading with discounts. I'm glad I found these guys. Walked out of the store, a happy customer. read more

Many thanks to the fantastic team at this T-Mobile location. It's conveniently situated in a strip mall off the 15 freeway. There's always plenty of parking. Moreover, I've experienced a minimal wait during my two recent visits: first thing upon opening and during the mid-afternoon. They've promptly and efficiently answered all my inquiries regarding plans, service, and hardware--all while being very friendly and mistake-free. I've been through a few T-Mobile stores before but this one is the top notched. The customer service was like no other, especially agent Christopher, very patient and polite. I took my mom here today to fix her phone since her account on T-Mobile app was blocked. Christopher's helping us fix the problems by contacting the operator to look for the best results. His smile never left his face even though we took almost an hour to correct the phone settings. He even replaced the SIM on my mom's iPhone XS Max, and finally got her phone working flawlessly. I was a T-Mobile client for many years, having switched over from Verizon. They were great in the beginning but the last 2 years have been challenging. Not only did I keep dropping calls, but twice they contacted me saying I could get a better deal, add lines. I went into one of their locations to add a line and get a new phone and after going through all the paperwork, I was told the my plan wasn't eligible for that deal. I also received a call from T-Mobile directly a month later and they also tried to sell me the same deal. When I explained my previous experience, after placing me on hold a few times, they came back and admitted I wasn't eligible for the upgrades they were offering. Final straw for me was when I cancelled my plan, I was told my final bill would be mailed and that my automatic payment would no longer work. I waited over a month and finally got a "past due" letter from them with a late fee! Speaking with a customer service rep on that was the worse experience. While polite, couldn't understand that I shouldn't have to pay a late fee for doing exactly what they told me to do. I would never recommend anyone to go to T-Mobile. While they did have a good plan for many years, their service and customer service has decreased to the point I wish I would have gone back to Verizon sooner. read more

I have been a T-Mobile customer for many years and this is the first time I have needed customer service. The sound on my current Samsung phone died, and in four days of interacting with T-Mobile they were not helpful or concerned at all. And it appears that no one there knows how to READ! I told each customer service rep that since my phone had no sound I had to communicate via messaging, but they kept calling me back! Dumb. I finally just broke down and upgraded to a new phone because dealing with the whole warranty issue was just too much of a hassle with no helpful customer service. T-Mobile is a horrible company. What they tell you is a lie. I needed a mobile hotspot device. I asked for the best one and they told me it's a 5G. Turns out the one they gave me is only a 4G. The store couldn't print me a receipt because they're printer didn't work. I've tried to return the device and you can only return a device with a manager and the manager doesn't work in the mornings. Ridiculous!!!! We are on a family plan and are definitely looking for a new mobile company. Constant coverage issues is a big problem. read more

Yesterday me and my sister were here to see the deals. While i was talking to the guys about the deals my sister went outside 2 times to make phone call. When my sister went outside i was told that every entering from the front door counts and this is important for their marketing so please don't do unneccessary enterings. It was rude. I went in to upgrade my phone. The employee was sitting on a counter when I arrived with no other customers in the store. He asked if I needed help and I stated I'm looking to upgrade my phone to the new iPhone and I was already standing by the phones. I asked if we are allowed to look at the phone and hold it because it's secured to the counter and he said no. I asked about the different cameras on the different versions of the 15 and he said he didn't know the answer. The whole time he stood where the counter was that he was sitting on and never once came over to me. It was awkward talking across the store and I felt like I was bothering him. Walked into the store to get a new phone. Gal ask me what was wrong with my phone. I said "nothing", i just wanted a new phone. I asked her how much a certain phone was. She got all my info to do a credit check. I asked her why she needed to do a credit check, i was going to pay for the entirety of the phone. She said i can't, i need to finance it for a minimum of 3 months. I said i didn't want to finance it. There was definitely a lack of customer service and a lack of company knowlege. I walked out and went to another t-mobile store and received excellent service. I didn't realize this store is a 3rd party store and not a corporate store. The worst isp I have ever used. Since day 1 I have had nothing but issues. The first issue was when I spoke to lady who switched me she said they would pay off my phone. Then once I switched and tried to connect my phone it wouldn't work. Because she did not tell me I had to pay for the phone up front and t-mobile would reimburse me 8 weeks later. I never got my 50 sign up bonus or my Netflix they promised. And just now they called me and told me they would help me get another phone but if I wanted to use mine I would have to pay it off upfront and be reimbursed... Not acceptable. I went lirlterally from an s20 back to the Stone age with an s8 active. And they tell me there is nothing they can do... Unacceptable practice. The reason I switched is so they would pay outstanding bill and pay off my phone so I could save some money. I started this adventure about 7 days ago and have only had 1 issue dlfree day. Oh and they already sent me a bill??? For service that doesn't work and if they have you on the phone at closing time they just hang up the phone like last night. They hung up the phone at 2:00 am while I was in the middle of a conversation. So my internet was off all night when I wanted to play my video game I was kicked off my server and not able to play my game. I don't have much time to relax because I work too much and I was kicked off my server. They say they apologize and they understand my frustration but they don't. Anyway I am without a phone that works good and they left me hanging. So now to get a new phone with their promotion I would have to pay off my phone or pay for new one on installments every month for 24 months. Bad business practice. False advertisement. Just spent three hours on the phone with SPRINT Customer Service/numerous supervisors, over in Thailand to get my iPhone replaced through the insurance I pay for on my phone after it's been hacked numerous times (Password File, Bank Passwords, Identity, etc) of which I've reported to the Police, FBI, and FCC ONLY to be disconnected in the last 15 minutes of completion of the project. Now the office is closed and I have to start all over again tomorrow. Terrible customer service. read more

I wanted to leave my friend's T-Mobile plan to open my own. I also needed a complicated transfer of 6 other numbers into my plan, but I still did not anticipate the process taking 2 hours! There was confusion about accounts and they almost deleted my friend's account and all the lines on that other plan because they thought my friend and I are the same person (we have different first and last names and different social security numbers). And since that day, I have had to call corporate to finish the line transfer process because this location failed to transfer all the numbers for me. Additionally, one of the managers (Daniel) told the rep helping us to charge us for 3 SIM cards for 3 T-Mobile numbers I wanted to transfer. The rep asked if the current T-Mobile numbers really need new SIM cards. Daniel said yes new SIM cards are needed. And that is how I bought 3 SIM cards for 3 people who didn't need them. I called T-Mobile corporate twice and both times it was confirmed that the T-Mobile users I added to my plan DO NOT need new SIM cards. In fact, I already added their numbers to my plan and they are still using their old SIM cards! I got this transaction done Saturday. I called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to try and reach Daniel to fix the problem but so far I either catch him before he gets to work or he is not working at all that day. Two staff members left my name and number for him to call and thus far he has not called me back. I regret coming to this location for help. Daniel should know that current T-Mobile numbers do not need new SIM cards. This is an dishonest way of making extra money. I suspect he benefits from commission for how many new SIM cards are sold. Horrible, Horrible service. I went in there on August 6th at 11:30am and the employee (I didn't catch my name) says "let me guess you need a new charger" without me explaining my problem. When I told him that the phone wasn't charging he said "Well BLU isn't the best brand"....then why is it on your network. So we tried another charger and the same thing happened, he explained that it was because I was using "Gas station chargers" (The same chargers I have used in multiple phones and haven't had a problem). I went into this t-mobile store because my replacement phone came in the mail and I needed assistance transferring over all my data for my old phone to my new one. I was very satisfied with my experience! Although the process was long, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Taquana helped me through the whole process and set up my new device almost exactly the way my old device was. She took the time to make sure all my photos, texts, videos, contacts and other data were all there! She also helped me delete the data from my old phone so I could send it into my insurance company completely blank. I am not very tech savvy so this was incredibly helpful! Sitting here for an hour and a half waiting for my phone info to transfer because of a slow wifi network is ridiculous. I've been a customer for over 15 years and it seems it is time for me to take my business elsewhere. They have nowhere for customers to transfer their info so they hover over you and talk about personal life while you stand in the middle of them and wait for transfers. I have passwords and cards saved on my phone so I can't leave my phone here with them and allow them to steal my information. My phone is 60% transferred in an hour and a half so I have that much longer here before I get done. I offered to pay $1000 for the phone and they could credit me back in an hour or so when I am done on my own network.. since it's way faster. Nope. Not allowed. Stephanie was amazing, patient and kind. She kept apologizing for the bad wifi connection. Luisa gave major attitude telling me just to let the phone do its thing. Oh I am sorry I am not going to reset my old phone until my replacement is exactly as I want it. She grabbed my phone rudely and asked me to unlock it and was trying to hide the screen from me. Then she started talking in Spanish, assuming I didn't know she was asking Stephanie what personal things they had been talking about. I know Spanish. That's embarrassing. I didn't want to be sitting at this place for 2.5 hours either.. trust me. I got lasik a week ago and those lights drove me wild. I left with a horrible headache. I was trying to talk my boyfriend into switching to T Mobile since the customer service has always been great... reception isn't always the best, but customer service matters. The is no way I'll let him switch now. We'll join together under another carrier. read more

I have never had a better more enjoyable visit to a phone company's store and I've been using cellphones for 14 years! They were so friendly and welcoming. I even had my esa who is a 9 week old puppy come with us and they were welcoming and affectionate with him too! I wish I could remember everyone's names. We met 4 employees in total and each and every one was so kind, knowledgeable, willing to explain, and above all else honest and up front about what they were able to do for us. My husband and I actually enjoyed our trip into the store and will be sure to come back to that location because the amazing employees there. I have been to this T-Mobile and so has my wife. We both have had bad experiences. My wife was told by T-Mobile main office to send our old phones to the store they looked at her like they had no clue what she was talking about. I went to upgrade my phone through asurrion they had no clue even after the assurrion rep explained to them what the policy was. On top of that there manager was in the back while customers were waiting including myself in the lobby for forty minutes. I have never been to a T-Mobile dealer that was so out of touch with company policies and procedures. Let alone the poor customer service. We were promised a deal/ promotion and when I got my bill it did not reflect what was promised to me. 2 mos later and they still can not fix it, at the store now and was told I never qualified for the deal and my bill is 3 times as much as what the deal was. There were 3 customers, 2 salesmen. I waited 45 minutes and eventually left. It was close to my turn to be helped, but by that time, I was so disgusted and unwanting to do business with these people. Good people there but I had to do a lot of the leg work my self which I wasn't expecting and when I left my phone didn't work. I stood at the counter for at least and hour waiting to be checked out, I finally had to leave without my old or new device because I had to be elsewhere. When I returned it it still took longer than I expected to finally pay them and leave with my new phone. When I got home it did not work, there was no service activated on the phone. I retained to this location and they fixed the issue which was a SIM card issue. My wife went there to trade in her phone the next week and believe it or not after explicitly describing my situation and asking them not to do the same to her, they did! The people there where nice people it's just aggravating to have to go there so many times to get it right. Maybe go to a different location and save yourself some time in the end. Also T-Mobile's service area isn't as good as Verizon's but it is cheaper, just a heads up. read more
