Worst customer service! Employees are all so unmotivated to help people even though there were at least 6 employees there when I walked in. Only two were working and the rest were hovering around chit chatting or hiding in the back. There were 4 or 5 of us on the waiting list and one of them proceeded to help someone out of order. I sat there 30 mins watching them be rude, lazy and unproductive. One guy yelled at another customer to sit down and wait because they were busy. I just wanted to tell you about my experience with this company and you decide 10 plus years ago i had a friend name joe we were both security guards together anyways we rode motorcycles together we worked together and he died joe being a little poverished i bought a phone from metro pcs i put his name on the account but my house my social security number and 8 digit security code but because i switched to t mobile because i was lied to about seniors getting unlimited for 40 dollars i switched every ive called t mobile and bitched about there 80 to 100 dollar bills so they discontinued this number ive had for like15 years because i left in a friends name that died a tragic death but its not his social who account that was i went in store by my self and bought this phone .when i went to sunnyvale t mobile metro pcs i dropped my phone inntoilet and ruined it so i bought a metro phone and paid 50 down 450 edge phone that i waited fot in mail i went on a 1 year contract to pay for this junk phone now just as contract ends they retire my number that ive had all these years yesterdat i talked to one friendly employee who told me she going to charge me 83 minus 20 late fee i give her card number and it charges me 63 dollars and and we get disconnected and phone im on rings i had to use friends phone see even though i could go on line i couldnt contact t mobile with my phone so i go to at mobile store in sunnyvale where im charged 60 dollars to get a new number where its prepaid and go on internet every time i make a caa i have to choose simcard to use t mobilre is a deceitful company that does nothing but rip off consumer i cant even see how much they took from me because all my account arelinked to this number. read more

During our transaction he assumed "I was down bad" because he questioned why I wanted a trade in for my phone to get a lower monthly payment on my new phone I was purchasing. Who treats their customers like this? As Barber in our community we never want to say things offensive to our clients and customers. No professionalism at all. How do you criticize and judge a person's situation or status based on a business transaction? Aren't we paying customers that support you? It's a shame how disrespectful workers can be. After customer service told me to take my new phones in to a store to transfer my sim card and data, I went to the store on Capital and Kind Rd. I have never received such terrible service in the 20+ years I have had services. When I walked in 2 of the employees went to the back room. When one finally came out. I let him, Irving, know that I was instructed to bring my phones in and they would be happy to help me, however this was not the case. Irving stated to me that he would only be able to switch the sim card, that they do not do data any longer. I explained to him that customer service said they can. He then said well we close at 8 and we dont do data during the last hour of business. It was 6:45pm, well over an hour. I then asked if the manager was available and his reply was "no". I then requested another sales person. Irving then went in the back and returned 5 minutes later to inform me that someone will be coming out. At this time a young lady came out and instantly telling me what she can NOT do. I asked her why she stated that when I had yet to tell her what I need. When I tried to inform her she again said what she could not do. I then let her know that I was not asking for ANYTHING on he list of can not do. I requested a sim card change from one phone to my replacement phone. Once she completed that task, she tossed my phone on the desk and walked away saying nothing. Part of me was glad she didnt say anything because of how rude she was from the beginning of our contact. JR (store manager), I dont know if this is a training issue or a personality issue but their behavior reflects you. I hope this is not normal practice. I came in to this location after a bank visit. Upon walking there was a guy helping a customer and a girl sitting down. I didn't get greeted as I walked up she was looking straight ahead as I was right in front of her she didn't acknowledge me. How rude is that?? Then I tell her I am here because my screen protector is broken. She asked me for my number and she was not paying attention so she asked me again. She walked to the back didn't say be right back nothing. She comes back puts the screen protector on I asked if she needed to see my id she said no. She finished I said thank you she didn't say nothing. Very poor customer service from a sales person! As I get home I received a FaceTime call she put the wrong screen protector. Yea maybe I should have checked but the way she treated me I just wanted to leave and go about my day. No attention to detail and no customer service. I just called store to try and get a name because she was not wearing a name tag. And that was unsuccessful I spoke with Tran and she said JR is on (PTO) store manager and she said there is no supervisor. So I asked her who is in change there has to be someone she said Ray. Don't know where to start..Since this should be a local platform, I will begin by warning anyone who might find themselves in the Scotts Valley branch of T Mobile. There is a salesperson named Rebecca who is not exactly an asset for T Mobile. I had an issue that T Mobile could not rectify over the phone since I didn't have my pin... I get rid of passwords and pins when I no longer do business with a company. In this case, I never used the equipment so there was no account set up. The reps over the phone insisted that I go into one of their stores to show my ID and then they could get into my account. Being disabled, I don't just drive an hour one way unless it is for a very good reason. BOTH local stores told me they can only help when people have purchased their equipment at the store. I was not only being charged for a hotspot and sim card ( I NEVER used since it did not get a signal) that I sent back right away, they also sent their made up bill to a debt collector!! I NEVER got a bill until they sent a FINAL bill, which was in the same day's mail as a notice it was going to a collection agency. Back to the Scotts Valley store; Rebecca was rude, mocking and deliberately trying to antagonize me. Try ANY carrier before trying T Mobile. My ATT was out for 9 days ("busy network") so I thought I would try T Mobile.. That was the first week of December. Despite having every possible number from the 3 emails I received, it just didn't matter.. It's been a very long time since I've had this much trouble with a company.. I finally remembered my PIN and when I called back, the woman did not believe a word I said. Nothing like having stranger think everything you are saying is a lie..She told me they do not use collection companies, (LIE!!) but I called this agency (Alliance) and yes; it was a T Mobile bill. I received about calls from them a day. The T Mobile rep did not believe me. She had to put me on hold for EVERY number I gave her and she had to check on everything I said. I actually had to give her the tracking number of the return despite the fact that I had 3 emails indicating that they received it! Good thing I took a pic of me putting it in the UPS drop box. Horrible company, horrible people and since I did not get a signal, I can't even say if there would have been any service where I live. I came in wanting to just return a trade-in device. That's all. I was waiting for 45 minutes because they kept bumping customers ahead of me who would give them sales. I was told about 3 times that I was first in line, and I never made it to an actual person because I left after feeling discriminated. I never raised my voice at the employees despite this treatment and the manager gave me major attitude and was happy I was leaving. I've come here twice in the last year. One time for a new iPhone purchase and the other time for a trade in. The associates and manager had no problem with my first visit to purchase a new phone to make the sale and apparently broke protocol since the primary account user wasn't present. Today when I went, I wanted to trade my phone in and it was a problem all of a sudden due to the account user not present. The associates themselves didn't follow protocol and the manager himself said it wasn't their fault. They wanted us to make the calls to fix their mistake. This location had no problem selling a phone and making money, but when I wanted to trade my old one in they all of a sudden wanted to follow protocol. No one took accountability and the so called manager of only two months being there wasn't very helpful. he forgets he is the one that helped us a year ago. Came here to get a screen protector and the guy was really lazy with it and left me a whole bunch of bubbles under the screen protector. Came here with my family to open 5 new lines along with 5 orders of new iPhone 6s Albert-- the employee who assisted us and made our order-- didn't advise us to separate our orders (which he is suppose to) so now 3 of my Iphones 6s are ready but CAN'T be shipped until the remaining 2 is ready-- which is not until 3-4 weeks later. I tried calling customer services to change my shipment method but they said there's absolutely nothing they can do. Only way is to cancel my order and reorder them again as separate orders. Now if I do that the order date will restart and ship date will postpone even further. I talked to a friend who works at a different T-Mobile later about this and she said employees are SUPPOSE to advise you about making orders separately to minimize the wait time. I went into the store to buy a case, which I found immediately without needing any assistance. I asked the rep if I could pay, and he said I would have to write my name on the list. I was number 15. Many of the people ahead of me wanted to discuss rate plans, billing issues, technical issues, etc. It didn't make sense for me to wait over an hour when paying for my phone case would probably take less than a minute. I asked the manager if they had an express line- Nope. Several of us got really frustrated, and left our single items on their desk. Wish they had some type of payment kiosk or express line! Then I went straight to the AT&T store, which was equally busy. I called ahead to ask their rep if they had any iPhone cases, which they did. When I went into the store, she had the appropriate cases set aside at her station. Even though she was helping a customer, I picked one of those cases, and she let me pay for them right away.
