The customer service was great and fairly quick but parking is terrible. We arrived just before they opened @ 10 am on a Monday and there was absolutely no available parking directly near the entrance! We had to park on the opposite side of the building. I'm 100% sure the customers from the breakfast restaurant are parking in front of the T-Mobile store. There were only 2 customers besides us inside the store. Signed up for home internet online and the Hub/Router that was mailed to me was faulty. Went into the Blossom Hill T-Mobile store and worked with Andrew to get the issue straightened out. It was not exactly straight forward, but he patiently worked through all the issues keeping us well informed throughout the process and at the end I left with a brand new unit as well as an extender which was not included originally. He even made us aware of a promotion that got us a $200 prepaid Mastercard - highly recommend this location and Andrew for top notch service. read more

Don't go here! People here are super rude and lazy. I closed an account with them because the signal at my place was too weak. I came back to return the device that supposed to use to make the signal stronger but it didn't work. The manager and staff didn't want to help. They didn't want to take the device back, and lied to customer service that I didn't cooperate by providing them the account information which I don't have anymore. My T mobile app was deactivate after I closed the account! They lied to me that they can't take it back even customer service told me on the speaker phone that they should! The new look T mobile store is modern, nice, clean & I have been here a several times to upgrade & get my new Samsung Z flip 3 5 G. My phone took so much pictures more than 2000 and thanks Ricky for assistance & be patient enough to transfer all the photos, files, contact logs to my new lavender samsung flip 3 phone. My husband and I recently visited this store since we had to officially migrate from Sprint to T-Mobile. To say it was a good experience would be seriously under-exagerrating how blown away we were by the customer service we received. The manager Marisol personally drove to another location to pick up the phones we wanted AND then when we decided we also wanted 2 galaxy watches the following day during activation she also went to another store to pick those up for us too! The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful and kept their calm when some not-so-patient customers came into the store. Thank You to Marisol, Ricky H. And Kevin for all of your help! Called to verify they had a 5G external internet hot spot in stock after another store did not. Ricki assures me they do and I drive down there. I tell him what I need and he sells me a Franklin T9 unit claiming it's a 5G unit. 2 weeks later my unit says I used all 50 GB of my data. I've only used 6.7. I run a test on my internet speed and it's under 2.5. I make THREE CALLS TO T Mobile and only then does the tech person tell me that the Franklin T9 is a 4G unit and I'll have to return to the store to rectify this!!! I call the store and they say don't know how that happened. Come in and I'll see you what I can do. NO APOLOGY. No acknowledgement for my time wasted or the fact that I was LIED to. When I ask Kevin to make sure they have what I need in stock before I make another trip all the way down there, he tells me they don't. What a surprise! Good thing I asked or that would have been MORE WASTED TIME! I need this for my business. I spent valuable time and money to make this happen. I don't know if your staff is ignorant of the products they sell or if Ricki was being deceptive. Either way, it's a bad experience for your customer! I will be back to return this device and get the device I asked for. I expect AN APOLOGY FOR MY WASTED TIME AND FOR BEING SOLD A PRODUCT I DIDNT NEED! Went through the whole process of getting a device. Last minute the person says your card isn't working. Asks for another card. I didn't have another card just my main card. There wasn't nothing wrong with the card. Used it before and after I went to tmobile and it worked perfectly fine. The issue in my eyes to my card not working is the fact that the person inputting the numbers from my card have extremely long nails! She couldn't properly type the numbers in! The store manager, Bret Lebeck, is the most obnoxious and arrogant rep I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. He was completely insensitive to the error T-Mobile made to our bill that lead us to a series of cascading collection issues we were not notified of and he had the audacity to blame us instead. (Even though everyone agrees it's on them.) I normally don't go above the manager but when it became evident he had no intentions of resolving T-Mobile's error; he even refused to give us his manager's contact info. I'd recommend you all go elsewhere if possible, since Bret's likely just going to blame you even if you have proof of T-Mobile's error. We were able to get more sympathy from another store manager, but don't waste your time here. read more

SO OVERALL, the employees on Cottle Rd T-Mobile lied to me saying they don't have the phone in stock right now in order to not deal with me trying to get an iPhone without the overpriced T-mobile insurance. This T-mobile got me the phone without requiring me to get the t-mobile insurance. IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE WITHOUT WORKERS TRYING TO TRICK YOU INTO PAYING MORE THENNNN GO TO THIS T-MOBILE. The workers, especially, Kevin, are very helpful, sweet, and patient. Let me start by saying that Kevin is truly an angel from on high. This is by far the best T-Mobile store I've been to. My brother and I needed a long overdue upgrade to our iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro Max. After looking at all the phones, we ended up choosing the iPhone 13 Pro Max and boy oh boy was it the best decision I've ever made in my entire life! Kevin answered all the questions and concerns I had and never did he once try to scam us like the other T-Mobile locations do. It took us 3 hours to upgrade but that is a good thing because to get everything right and perfectly well done done. He also gave us an android tablet for free and one free year of Paramount+! JOSE said EVERYTHING was verified , ordered the product and would arrive I a few days. Called in on the day they said my phone would be in, and the girl said the phone was at the store so come in to do the exchanged. Went in, their system was all messed up. They have the phone in hand but thr system said it was in "shipment" waited an extra for them to fix the problem. Got a text saying my phone is now ready . Went into exchange the phone and the girl said the phone was ordered under the wrong number . So basically JOSE fucked up and ordered under the wrong line . I walked into this store to activate my brand new iPhone, IPad and Apple Watch and because I just lost my wallet I didn't have my license to verify my account and was initially told for security reasons I couldn't activate my devices which had me extremely frustrated being that i just went through a lot with T-Mobile customer service, and to be honest I didn't know how I was going to remedy this situation without getting corporate involved. I asked the representative Lissette if there was anything she could do to help me since I did have my pin and a screenshot of my drivers license on my phone, she went to get authorization from the manager Frances and after verifying my identity and matching up all of the documents they were able to facilitate the transaction and continue with the activation of all new devices! Not only did they both go above and beyond with the utmost customer service but they also setup my iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple ID and canceled my previous account with xfinity. This was by far my best experience with not only tmobile over the past 10 years but any phone carrier in general! They were so sweet, helpful, informative, knowledgeable and they made sure they took care of my every need before I left. Thank you ladies! read more

I had to upgrade an old 3G phone that had stopped working on the new T-mobile 5G network. The store manager Bret and the associate Ricky helped me on Monday 3/6 to do the upgrade effectively. They were very efficient. They made sure everything is working fine and I am not getting charged any extra. While helping me, they were also helping other customers and answering phone as they were really busy. I was in and out of the store for a total of 15 minutes. Jose Z and Bret Lebeck helped me during my visit to store. They were very attentive and considerate. Jose was also training 4 prospective t-mobile staff in the store. He was showing them how to login into customers accoung using IDs and how to add items into carts and how to check them out and apply finances or promotions or down payments. Jose was explaining very professionally that as a customer, I suddenly became interested to apply for a job at t-mobile. Received a note from Sprint/T-Mobile that our phones will cease to work after Jan 2022 and to come in and 'upgrade iPhones on us', free iPhones from T-Mobile. Went to a near by T-Moble store and the person treated us as though we were crazy so we left. Next day we visited the Oakridge store expecting the same reaction and had a copy of the T-Moble note in our phone to educate some customer service person. However, Karina knew all about the offer and was incredibly helpful. iPhone 8's for free or for a modest $, we upgraded to iPhone 13. The T-Mobile administrative system was not behaving so Karina offered to come in early the next day to complete the transaction. Her manager Dago was very supportive since Karina was scheduled to come in late and close so he let her split her day. Needless to say, we were very pleased with the experience and would recommend this T-Mobile store. From the other reviews, it appears that the whole team there is very helpful. Picture it, T-Mobile two weeks ago, my husband and I decided to upgrade our phones and stopped by to get some information on upgrades. This was at the store on Snell and Blossom Hill and was met by one of the best customer service agents, Edwardo "Eddie" Martinez. He made us feel comfortable and explained the phones, plans and prices to us. We decided to come back in a week when the new Galaxy 23 Ultra was announced. With that said we did come back my phone the iPhone 14 pro max was in stock and he started the process on giving me the trade in and giving me my new phone all setup. We ordered the Galaxy 23 Ultra and would come back so Eddie could do the same thing. Less than a week later the phone came in and we were back at the store so Eddie could work his magic on my husbands phone. The whole process for both phones was "PAINLESS" and everything was explained to us again which we appreciated. We want to thank T-Mobile for their hard work and customer service to everyone that came through the door and we will enjoy our new phones for years to come. I switched over to Tmobile after being with Verizon Wireless for years. I decided to switch over because they had a promotion allowing you to trade in your phone and also were giving Registered Nurses a discount which I loved! However, a few months ago I noticed my card was being double charged, two separate bill with two different amounts. I was very confused and called in to the customer service rep however, they were not understanding the issue and were of little help so I went into a store. Long story short, the employees did some investigating and were able to find out when I signed up with Tmobile a year ago I used my card for autopay. The employee helping me used my card to set up another customers auto pay as well so that would explain the double billing. The employee apologized of his mistake and has been trying to help me resolve the issue. We added up the monthly bills my card was used for and a total of $1,000 was used to pay someone else bill. This was obviously a big disappointment that this could even happen, but what has been the most frustrating is I have been battling with t-mobile customer service for a month to get my money back, they keep saying the will reimburse my account but it has not happened. They have taken no actions to make this right and no-one (aside the employee who made the mistake) has reached out and apologized for this mistake. I will be switching carriers no doubt, but I am truly astonished by their customer service. read more
