We stopped in to check out their 55+ program and Avery was well informed and very respectful of our needs and concerns. She explained every detail and all of our questions were responded to in a positive manner. We had been AT&T customers for decades, but in recent times have been less than pleased with their customer service and pricing policies. We immediately saved around $250 a year by switching to the 55+ program currently being offered by T-Mobile. We took advantage of having our car set up for broadband access with t-Mobile's sync hardware. The store manager, Akash immediately set up the hardware and associated software in our car and on my iPhone. He was extremely positive and super knowledgeable, plus an all-around good chap! In addition to basic roadside assistance, one of the benefits of the sync hardware is that you immediately receive recall and service notifications about your car. One of the service notifications we received when the system went active dealt with a particular issue that we had been having with our car and had been unable to pinpoint the exact problem. Because of this feature we now have a solution! Overall, a very positive experience with the crew at this t-Mobile location. We were also fortunate to have the Portland area marketing manager present at the store when we signed up for T-Mobile service. His name is Drake and he was totally awesome!! Had a very keen and vigorous sense of humor and made our entire experience pleasurable and unique.

I expected to get rushed out the door and was already expecting I'd probably be told to go to another location on the following day. ( as that's happened in the past) Nick greeted me with a smile, he patiently listened to me explain my issues, and he went above and beyond to do everything in his power to help me get them resolved. He took detailed notes of my issues, he was 100% honest in telling me this is something that corporate will probably have to address, so I'd have to go to another location, he named the nearest ones. He stayed long after his shift, when he could have rushed me out the door, he didn't. He stayed, and he took notes of the issues and I felt heard and I felt like he genuinely cared. I arrived to the store mad as could be, swearing I'd never use Verizon again. I arrived at the store and was the only customer present. The sales rep told me my phone was being prepped and it would "only be a few minutes." A few minutes later, I was told to leave the store and come back in about 10 minutes because the system was supposedly down. While waiting, I watched the employee put the phone that was being set up for me back into a drawer. I returned after about 13 minutes and was then told that the phone I ordered was no longer available, but they did have the "next model up" -- conveniently with an upcharge. I was also told I'd need to call customer service myself to cancel the order. This was a complete waste of time and felt extremely dishonest. The phone was clearly available when I arrived, and it's hard not to conclude this happened because mobile pickup orders don't earn commission. Very disappointing experience and not what I expect from Verizon

I met Matt inside and told him what I have and that I was just browsing. I went to look at the latest LG OLEDs and he walked me through the new changes that I was unaware of in some of the recent LG OLEDs. I had been disinterested in LG OLED models because the improvements have been extremely minor until these newer panels. So not only was Matt deeply educated, but he also showed me the current deals they had going and it was roughly $700 dollars less than the same model on Amazon. I was also offered free shipping and installation on its stand and a 5 years warranty, including burn-in. It was an amazing deal and put the price of the 77" TV within $300 of the original purchase price of my smaller 65". I let him know I would think about it and took his card. I did additional research online and compared prices to confirm the size of the deal. A few hours later I called him back, and we had a deal after only a few minutes. He was kind, reasonable and respectful. This was one of the best brick and mortar experiences I have ever had. Great service, gentle selling, actually knowledgeable staff, and a truly best deal (I compared Amazon with my % back, Costco with my % back, and B&H). I HIGHLY recommend coming in if you are in the market for mid-high tier TVs. I have zero negative notes.
