Then they promised me that another fix would work, so I brought it in a second time, only to be told that they had to order the part, which would be there Saturday. I planned on coming in Saturday, but the part didn't come until Tuesday. They assured me I could come in on Friday at noon and it would be fixed in 1-2 hours. I got a call at 5:15 pm telling me it was all finished, too late for me Friday. So, I came in today, Saturday (my 6th trip to the shop) feeling assured that I had finally reached the finish line. Only to find that, in spite of the Friday evening call telling me it was all ready, that they had not fixed it at all! Very inconsiderate lack of communication. The only redeeming part of the experience is that they gave me a full refund. But, here I am at square one again with a broken computer, after 3 weeks and 6 separate trips to the shop.

Not only did the AT&T team resolve my issues, they provided exceptional customer service and created a lifelong AT&T customer that will direct everybody with any cellular needs to the Andy and Ann at the West Linn location on Willamette Drive (although I've since met others on the team and they are fantastic). I don't have much free time and I don't typically write reviews as I expect good customer service but this team went way above and beyond! He then refused to help me, told me to leave, said I was not welcome back, and threatened to call the police when I asked to speak to a supervisor. This was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. A manager should be able to handle basic customer interactions without escalating the situation like this. Very disappointing experience.

I told Selena how the Milwaukie rep had told me the new phone would be free. Well guess what. Not true. Selena proceeded to do a bunch of tappy tapping on her pad then threw a bunch of numbers/plans etc at me for adding the S26 to the account, how much more per month, would show up after 3 billing cycles, etc, WTF. I came back to cancel my order in a few hours and was told the phone shipped. I told him to remove the add-ons. He told me he can't, they come with it and I had to wait for the phone to arrive. I also can't cancel the next time upgrade until 14 days after activating the phone. I called ATT and found out how he tried to rip me off. If I take the phone and cancel the next time upgrade it would affect my trade in promo because it came with the phone. So instead of getting $1100 promo I would get the regular trade in $400 and I'd have to pay $700 difference. ATT phone rep gave me a return label, I went and got the phone, and returned it immediately. Do not shop here. They will add stuff to your line without permission.

I needed a new charging port and I also got the cover for the charging port. They had a reasonable price and convenient location. Their repair guy was only there part time. At first they said they had to order it. I waited a week, then the repair guy said he had the part, I came by and he said, nope it won't work. Then they said they had to order the part after all. A little confusing, but once the part came they fixed it in about 30 minutes. More recently I ended up getting my phone wet and for some reason the new charging port cover did not work as well as the original one and the phone got wet inside, but over-all I'm a happy customer.

The store appeared fairly unorganized to the initial eye, but employees knew there way around to find what ever a customer was asking for. When I called AT&T their initial answer was Next Up "absolutely can not be refunded." After I talked to the call center manager though at least he was willing to acknowledge that this is misleading.
