I am not the first to be scammed. Read reviews on FB, GOOGLE, YELP, and heed this warning. They're not an ATT corporate store. They are Prime Communications who are authorized to sell ATT services. Summary: Initial encounter in December 2024 was good. Was sold promotion discount for an Apple Watch and IPad. Now March and still no discount. Called ATT multiples times for a resolution. ATT suggested going to store. Employees and employee "Mike" at store REFUSED to help or provide any customer support stating they are unable to look up account, billing, contracts. Refused to give names of employee or manager. Ended going to another location on the same day (South Attleboro) and the Manager was able to provide information about promotion and what led to denial of promotion on my account. Unfortunately, ATT does not value their customers and will not apply the discount that was promised. Manager at S Attleboro location also said they've have multiple customers complain about Seekonk ATT and was not surprised about my experience.

When an employee finally came over, all they did was hand me a number to call--no explanation, no assistance. It was a complete waste of time. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience here was extremely disappointing. The staff was unhelpful, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. I left feeling frustrated and unheard.
