He gave me a receipt for a $26.75 deposit on a $53.50 bill. I was told it would arrive on August 24. I called that day in the afternoon but was sent to voice mail. I left a message but was never called back. I drove to Screen Doctor, a 20 minute ride, on August 26 to check on the battery's status, and after he made an online check he told me that it wouldn't arrive until August 28. By August 29 I hadn't heard back, so I called in the late afternoon and was told that he had to go to the shop to see if the battery had arrived. He would call me back in five minutes. He never did. On August 29 I called again and left a another message, this time I was irritated.. Someone got back to me in about five minutes. He said he would go to the shop and check on the battery. He called back a few hours later and said that it had arrived. I told him I'd pay for the battery but I didn't want to have him install it after all the trouble I'd had. I went there today, Sept 1. The tech I saw, who was relaxing with his feet up on the counter, chatting with someone, went in the back room, mumbling something I couldn't understand, and came out telling me it wasn't the right battery. He gave me back my money. Three trips, wasted time, and nothing to show for my effort. I give Screen Doctor 5 negative stars. One of the worst experiences I've had with customer service.

First he tried to see if by chance he had an old phone hanging around but unfortunately he didn't. He then opened my phone to get to get the model number and went on the internet to EBay to see If they had any for sale. He found one for me order it right in front of me and it arrived in 3 days. Mike received the phone switched out my old motherboard so he saved all of my contacts. He charged me exactly what he paid for the phone that we both looked at on EBay along with the cost of removing and replacing the motherboards . I had stopped a Verizon first and the could only sell me a new phone plus activation fees totaling $180 dollars . She made the process of transferring data from one phone to another smoothly. I will come here again and recommend to friends and family. My only feedback is to T-Mobile directly. When a phone is not available at the store have it delivered at the store directly and have 2 associates sign. I had to get it send to my address. However, UPS gives u 2 attempts for delivery with signature required to address on package. UPS did not give me the option to pick up at the UPS store and sign. The delivery time was given a date and delivery will be made by 7:00pm no real time update. So u have to be home all day to receive the delivery and hope to catch the UPS guy at his time.
