I had excellent service from Melody last week. I had to overnight a package and had never done it…read morebefore. Melody was so pleasant in walking me through the process. I actually went in thinking I would have them scan and email my documents to my colleague but after realizing the cost for that Melody suggested overnighting it for cheaper cost. She was super helpful, friendly, sweet and professional. It was not cheap but still she saved me money and met my needs. The shop is in a small strip mall and a bit difficult to get to, mostly because there is a Starbucks located there with a drive through. So as you are driving to park the cars coming from the drive through are coming at you form the other way, So be careful in the lot. Also in the parking lot are the gas pumps from Kroger so kind of a lot going on in that lot. But overall a good experience with good service.
