She went above and beyond for me, and even fixed what I needed w/ the SIM card. I don't have to return to either store - just to give Rebecca a call once I get a confirmationn e-mail from AT&T. Yay! The store was nice, clean and well organized. The other customers seemed to be happy with their service as well :) I'm hoping that T-Mobile's (toll free phone) customer service is as great as when I had them as a carrier years ago. Unfortunately, it took 4 visits to the store to make this happen. By the second visit, we were about to give up, But Delvin's friendly manner and his mantra, Don't worry, I got you, helped us persevere. Terrible customer service. Went to store in the middle of the day and the door was locked. Monica…read morewas inside, with a customer, and looked at me twice and never came to the door. I called Verizon and they said to bang on the door. I did and she finally came to the door and said her coworker went to lunch and she couldn't let me in. I told her I just wanted to buy a charger. She huffed and let me in. I had questions about chargers but could tell by her attitude she wasn't in the mood for me. I bought a charger and went home and researched it. It wasn't the one for me so I returned it the next day. Lisa seemed pleasant and processed my return, or so I thought. Today, 4 days later, I checked my account and the credit never reached my bank account. I will not go back to that store. I will call Verizon and get it straightened out. I bought my charger on Amazon.
