The associate told me to keep checking and sure enough, the following week I saw 5G was available so I went back to the this store and got set up with a 5G tower. The associate (Greg?-stands at middle desk, back row) got my tower and account all set up, printed out a rebate form, checked to see if I could combine my phone and internet plan for any discounts. After receiving multiple bills this month, it was never stated that it would be best to purchase your phone at the beginning of the month. I called T-mobile to ask why I received multiple bills with different amounts, it was said that the "Bundle" was accessories that would be added to your bill over a 12 month period. I called the manager, who stated that he would look into and "call me back". A call has not happened, and I say this say, they are unethical, as the customer service rep said that she has received many complaints about this same issue. Do not go to Woodlyn T-Mobile!
