When I informed her that she had Xfinity and did not need a new phone she went back the next day to return it and was met with an extremely rude man that refused to take the phone back. The phone was mailed back to Verizon corporate at their recommendation after a call to retention. After 4 months and 17 hours of repeated to phone calls for fraudulent billing for a line that did not exist and for a device that had been returned and signed for by verizon receiving, I was finally able to have the balance zeroed out except for a $40 activation fee that they refused to refund. Verizon as a whole is a shameful corporation, but that is not a surprise. What is a surprise is that a local reseller would treat the elderly members of its community so poorly. Unfortunately this is the world that we now live in - the younger generations are raised without morals, respect and reverence for their elders.

We rate this among the 3 most fun things we did in the Enchanted Circle (along with the hot-air…read moreballoon ride and scenic railroad). We took a 3-hour tour into the Carson forest. Our guide, Art, was one of the nicest people we've ever met. He pointed out many areas of historical significance as well as the flora and fauna of the region. He knows the area extremely well and was constantly concerned for our comfort and safety, as well as making sure we had a good time. We did! The ATV's are big, new, and nice. Their power is quite sufficient for the mountains, and they are easy to operate. The tour goes through the Carson National Forest, and we saw where Lonesome Dove was filmed. The scenery can't be described, and with the ATV tour, you're right in the middle of it. Don't miss this. It's amazing.

Walking into this location you will notice an immediate day and night difference from Verizon. There isn't a forty minute wait, and total chaos reigning, with rude employees. Here there were plenty of employees, and the store was clean and welcoming. I had already purchased new iPhone's for them in Arizona where I live, but needed help getting them set up and sorting out how to transfer their old Verizon phone number to their new AT&T phones. The people here were super patient and helped me get everything set up, and it was painless and took way less time than I thought it would. Typically I loathe going into a mobile phone store, as the experience usually is super frustrating and just a less than fun afternoon. I spent hours on the phone with Consumer Cellular and Apple's AI agent, but could not resolve the issue. I researched the issues and tried the solutions suggested by various sources. In desperation, I decided to try the AT&T store. After giving my history to Brittney, she asked for my phone and 5 minutes later she had it running using a Walmart Simcard I had installed in my efforts to make things work. She reminded me I could now install Consumer Cellular's eSim. She charged me nothing, and sent me home with a complete successful resolution of my installation problem. My wife's phone now has her same number (plus a backup secondary number) and has been able to access just about everything she had originally except all her apps. Thank you Brittney and AT&T for the excellent response! I will have to reconsider AT&T again due to this amazing experience today.
