My bf & I stopped by this store because we tried to contact T-Mobile via phone support and 3x messed up on upgrading phone as their 20+ yr customer. Initially the free phone upgrade + tablet ( along with bill credit for 1month) was supposed to be sent out & it was shipped to wrong address after being on the phone 1+ hr. 2x we called (again on call 1+ hr) & went back on their word and requested a down payment on upgrade & all sorts of extra charges. Long story short the manager seemed heartless about the whole situation after explaining the scenarios. They did nothing to investigate. The manager & sales rep kept looking away at each person that walked through the doors while we were talking to them. Seems like they have no value & respect for long time clients & just on the hunt for new customers to lock in cuz all they care about is commi$$ion! We ended up walking out with no resolution. I recently went into the T-Mobile at the Temecula Mall to buy a new phone. I usually dread such things but it had to be done. My daughter was inheriting my old Apple XR and I was purchasing a new Apple 14. I must say I've never had a bad experience with this location or any T-Mobiles for that matter. Constant promises they they are adding a new 5G tower in the area. No service, even in the parking lot where there is a T-Mobile store! Upgraded to new Iphone 15 Pro Max. I was supposed to get $1000 trade in for my old Iphone 13 Pro Max. My bill with the 55 year old plan was supposed to be $63.00 per month. Reality is that non of that happened. The person on the phone from T-Mobile was a complete idiot and did not know what they were doing. They hooked the wrong plan to the wrong promotion so now my Bill is $125 per month up from $85 at Verizon and no one gives a sh**. To start this review is old because I posted it under the wrong store location and had to search for it when asked... MERP.... I visited this location on yesterday, 10/16/21, around 2:30 in the afternoon. I was immediately greeted and assisted by Ryan. Ryan was terrific in helping walk me through the process of what I needed to do to change over from a sprint customer on a family plan to a t-mobile customer with my own account. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions and told me to come back if i needed any further assistance. After returning home to start the process online once I was setup I went straight back to the store. About 2 hours later I was back in store and once again immediately greeted by Ryan, Val, & Tony. All 3 were so helpful! I honestly wish the t-mobile stores where I live had the type of EXCELLENT customer service that these 3 provided. Val helped transition me completely with changing over my phone number and setting up the account that best fit my needs. They even made sure to call my phone and use my phone to call out before I left the store so that everything was in guaranteed working order before I left. I cant begin to thank them for all their help and would most definitely recommend this location for all your t-mobile needs!! I live in Hawaii and I come back to California once a month so if i ever have any problems ill be sure to visit this store exclusively! *** Updated***. It all started with a phone call to the store that made me want to switch my carrier. Annica answered all of questions, gave me options, and offered to go over the same information again, once I came to the store. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm Hello! How can I help you? And I said I'm Josue, she instantly remembered what I was looking for and brought me to her station. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in the changing of carriers. Even letting me know what my previous carrier might ask to when I should be expecting my new phone. One thing I respect about T-mobile is the pricing. She told me exactly how much I would pay and if it went up to go see her and she will fix it. I am huge on customer service because that is an idea that seems to have been lost in today's world but she did an amazing job at it. I am leaving Sprint, which I no longer recommend, and will be joining the T-mobile family. I do have a an update: I went in to order the I-watch 3 with Annica and once again she did an amazing job at helping me out with the 1000 questions I had.
