OMG, WHERE to begin?! I started by signing up for an advertised special with Verizon rep on the phone, he told me I'd be sent two SIM cards and to take them to the Verizon store to install. Three days later they came, we went over there, only to be told by "Aaron" that the phone rep hadnt actually signed us up and that HE would be happy to do that for us. So again, I told him the plan we had received and since it was Friday night, I think we were there about an hour, he promised to remove the "activation" fees also for us, which the phone rep had promised to do. We received no paperwork that night nor ANYTHING in writing stating what the actual terms of this transaction were by the way. Monday we went back in to try and find out what was going on, we had seen a bill for over $200 on their website and we were supposed to be paying $50 a month for BOTH phones as well as getting $15 a month off our internet, via Frontier whom Verizon owns now. After asking to speak to the manager, and finding out there was none, three people crowded around us and fired questions at us, which we answered while one of them, a guy covered with tats, then proceeded to tell me I was rude...! I was fed up by this time with the incompetence and lies I'd received from them and told him off, he then yelled after me as we were leaving to switch to Spectrum! I have NEVER in my life seen such bad business ethics, and I now believe that Aaron purposely switched my service to the higher one simply to boost his own commission! I just spent another THREE HOURS on their "chat" via their website, managed to get the activation fee removed but still not on the correct plan! Called today and got another gal who I think understood what I was telling her and yet couldnt help, told me someone would be contacting me on Friday at 1pm to discuss further! OMG, this is insane. Consumer beware: I'm out thousands of dollars in broken promises and agreements at this Verizon reseller, still staring at large bills to pay off phones after absent promotions. After being convinced to upgrade phones with promotions and credits not properly applied, came back multiple times to try to have credits fixed, was always told "the manager only enters those credits in once a month" and it just kept never happening. I get sick looking at my monthly cell phone bill and to top it off have horrible coverage in my neighborhood right near this store. read more

I switched to Verizon upon moving to the area after many years of being a highly satisfied AT&T user. I've bought new phones and added new lines since switching. All the staff at this location are highly personable, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dealing with anything technical easily overwhelms and frustrates me yet I always leave the store a happy customer with all my needs met and questions answered. Terrible costumer service. Wanted to charge me a $50 "restocking fee" when I wanted an Apple Watch band that fit. The sales man never mentioned which size band was coming with my new Apple Watch while I was also buying my IPhone 16 pro. Got home to find it was a M/L, it was huge, I need a S/M. I went back within 2 hours of leaving to exchange. Verge and Channel were very rude and said I should just go on Amazon and purchase one myself. Went in just to see if my wife could get a phone upgrade and walked out with me switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. All new IPHONE 16's, Apple Watches and an IPad for our son. The deal and promotion was unparalleled. JOHN was our representative who was walking us through everything. He explained everything crystal clear, did multiple breakdowns on prices and what would change, he was patient and very well educated on every product and every deal. Best Verizon store I've been too. I went to see why my phone volume wasn't working and the sweet lady Chanel that works at this store helped me take my phone off do not disturb mode. She was able to check my account and see I was due for an upgrade and I ended up getting a new phone on Verizon. Chanel updated my plan and helped enroll me in auto pay so my bill wouldn't increase with the discounts. She even helped me transfer all my pictures and contacts to the new phone. Went to this store yesterday because my eSIM stopped working and so my phone had no service. The first thing I was told was that my phone was no longer going to work so I needed to get a new one. I left knowing that was probably not the case and they wanted to sell me a new phone instead of helping me reset the eSIM. I called Verizon directly this morning and guess what, they fixed it over the phone and my phone works just fine. So if you're looking for honest, helpful service, this is probably not the place to go. read more

So Justin from management of this store followed up after my last review and helped to make it right. It appears as though we have now been refunded, according to the last bill. We did have to buy an upgrade to a service plan, but that was minimal compared to what the refund would be. It's all so confusing and bait and switch type business practices. Shouldn't be this hard to buy a phone and I shouldn't have to become a ballistic bitch to get a response. Beware: This is NOT a corporate store, but a franchise store. Stay away! During my visit, I encountered a level of deception that would make even the most notorious used car salesmen from the 1980s and 1990s blush. I went in looking for a new phone and wanted to pay in full. Oddly, the fact that I wanted to pay in full seemed to change the employees demeanor. The employee helped me pick out a phone, but I discovered that there was a better price elsewhere. The salesman insisted that I would receive a discount, presented me with the price, complete with a supposed discount. I paid in full, so I thought. Little did I know that the actual price of the phone had been cunningly hidden within a contract, morphing my straightforward purchase into a loan, with monthly payments I never agreed to (I discovered this once I looked at all the documents emailed to me). BTW, after sliding my card to make the purchase, I was told I needed to sign their tablet to complete it. Out of my view, the employee quickly scrolled down on the tablet, then presented me with a location to sign. I thought I was signing the receipt, but instead I was signing a loan document. To make matters worse, without seeking my consent, they included phone insurance to my monthly bill. These surprise charges left me feeling exploited and deeply disappointed with the integrity of this establishment. Do yourself a favor and avoid this franchise by driving 15 minutes to the corporate Verizon store in Temecula. read more

My wife and I were getting ready to leave on a trip the following day and she needed a new screen protector for her phone. I went to this store as I was sure they would have one. Sure enough they did, but only offered an $80 version. Since I was in a pinch and needed one, I bought it with the assurance that the screen protector was the best money could buy. The protector lasted all of 10 days and broke on a 2' drop to dirt. Clearly not the best money could buy and probably the worst one I've purchased. I went back to the store as soon as we got back from the trip and they said it was "easy" to get a replacement. They could not do anything and sent me through the time consuming process of filing a warranty claim and waiting who knows how many days to get another protector. I hope this review serves as a warning to others to not trust the slippery sales staff at this store. read more

This is to bring to your attention an issue of adding unauthorized charges added to our Verizon bill by a Victra representative. We were having trouble transferring data from an old phone to a new phone. We didn't want to go to this 3rd party Verizon store as we'd had problems with this place a few years ago. But it was closest and it's just a data migration. What could go wrong? Anthony assisted us and the data transfer was handled. We were charged for the service. So far so good. Then I got home and saw an email from Verizon. As we expected there was the one-time charge for the assistance migrating one phone to another. But there was also an additional $25/month added in Home Device Protection by Asurion that we didn't authorize. The email said to call if we didn't authorize this change. I called Verizon. Their customer service rep said it was added at the location that did the migration and that I should go down there and ask them to remove it. I went to the location and Anthony said he didn't do it and couldn't reverse it because he didn't work for Asurion. I asked him to give me the number for Asurion and he said to Google it. He didn't like my "attitude" and I didn't like his. I called Verizon again. The Verizon rep showed me how to remove the charge. I asked if they could show who carried out the charge. They said, "no one can make a change to an account without leaving a fingerprint." There was a username (that they couldn't divulge) and store location time-stamped to the change. It was exactly when Anthony had our phones in his hand. Verizon is passing it up the chain to see if any discipline is warranted. So watch these 3rd party "Verizon" stores. They'll add things to your bill and lie about it later. Or better yet drive a little farther and go to a "real" Verizon store. read more

I am now looking for another service. I went there and spoke to Karli. An extremely rude person. So rude I let her know she was making me uncomfortable. It only takes one person to ruin an experience. This is my one person. She was rude as we walked in. Her tone was aggressive and she did not want to be bothered. I've never had someone be so rude. I think she was having a bad day. I can't see her always being this rude and still maintaining a job at Verizon. Either way...Verizon you will probably lose a loyal customer with 3 lines. If you need to pay your bill this place is fine, but in my opinion if you are upgrading, selecting a new plan, transferring phone services I would not use this location. In the past 5 years I visited this place twice, and both times they messed up my plan. It took me hours on the phone with Verizon to fix the issues they have created. I didn't learn my lesson from the first time. They are not official Verizon store, they are authorized retailer. They have their own interests or promotions outside of what Verizon is running. I sat with the salesperson and told him what I wanted, I knew the promotion that Verizon was running for current customers, he said ok took our phones. We signed the paperwork and few weeks later I check online and none of the promotions or what we asked for was applied. I have no clue what program the salesperson applied for. I have been Verizon customer for over 15 years, I get the same promotion every 3-4 years. So I know what I asked for, what the sales person did is who knows. I called Verizon spent few hours on the call and straightened everything out, but what a waste of my time. Based my experience, I do not recommend this location or any other authorized retailers for Verizon. Go to official Verizon store. read more

On 12/22/23 my husband and I went to Verizon to upgrade my phone to iPhone 15 pro for an early Christmas gift. Sales Rep Alex looked at my plan and informed us on some promotions--which was an iPhone watch (still never received or heard from anyone), and a LTE home internet. Per Alex, you're eligible to try out our home internet at NO COST, "you can see how it is, and if you don't like it within 30 days just return it but make sure to call verizon care support at 1-800-896-9639" they will even send you a $100 gift card if you like". We tested it and saw it not faster then our current internet service, so I called that number he provided and kept getting the run around and spoke to 4 different people probably from 4 different countries because you can definitely hear the accent, BUT no one helped me and they said "if you purchased it from the store, go back and drop it off there" spoke to a guy with a lot of facial hair and dark hair can't remember he's name and he said we don't take any returns here at all--they all get mailed out so I called again and told them and escalated to there supervisor/manager and he helped for me a UPS return label after 3 hours being on the phone. I finally shipped the home internet back as instructed and I confirmed the warehouse received BUT Verizon still charged me $208.96 for something I didn't even used at all and tested it out for 1 minute and even said I won't be charged if I returned it on time--which I did. Until now, I'm still trying to get my bill resolved with Verizon. It no fair for customers to be fooled into this manipulated sales tactics. I'm extremely upset frustrated with this experience. I used the curbside pick up service a few weeks ago and the man that helped was very attentive and patient while guiding us through the myVerizon app to verify a purchase. In the midst of helping us a maniac nearly slammed into the front of my car (driving in the wrong lane mind you) and proceeded to yell obscenities at the man helping us for seemingly no reason at all. The crazy man had no mask and went chest to chest with the kind manager all while the manager maintained his composure and refused to let the man into the store 1) because the man was crazy and aggressive. 2) because he wasn't wearing a mask. He was able to calm the maniac for long enough to help us and get us on our way. Absolutely no clue what the heck they are doing for a 3rd time in a row. I have never had a good experience from this location and all the other local locations say to stay away from this location as well because they are super shady. I went into the store to buy a Gizmo for our daughter and they had absolutely nothing in stock. The rep started to order it online, and I should have known better at that time to just do it myself. I am a sales guy myself and figured maybe the rep could get some type of credit for it, what a mistake. I was told it would be shipped to my house and I would need to come back to the store to connect it which I was not happy with, but whatever. I look up my order as it was supposed to come LATEST today, and it said it was delivered yesterday. I looked all over my property to see if UPS dropped it off in a "hidden" spot so people would not steal it. No luck. I am on the phone with UPS saying someone must have stole it and they said, no it was delivered to the Verizon store.....WHAT??? So I call at 6:55pm, which they close at 7pm, and they said it was there at the store but I would have to get it tomorrow because they were super slammed with huge lines. I live 2 minutes up the street and sped down the road to catch them. The store was a ghost town with only two employees twirling their thumbs. They were not happy to see me and I was not happy being lied to. They ran the transaction and I left to go home and give my daughter her new Gizmo. IT IS THE WRONG COLOR!!!!! I went right back down and they said nothing was their fault and it was either my fault or Verizon shipped the wrong one. Chris, I know you are the manager of the store as I have dealt with you plenty. Lucky for both of us, we will never see each other again. BUYER BEWARE: This is not a Verizon store and they have additional hidden fees verizon would not charge if you went to their store directly. Their customer service is so decietful. We tried to buy apple watches for $5 a line and were told that would be the only cost by Carleigh. When the bill came it was an additional $10 in monthly taxes and "surcharges". We tried to bring the watches back to pay $50 for a restock fee within the 30 day return window because we felt they were misleading in their explanation of cost. They wouldn't return them becuase they didn't have the box. So since we can't return the watches we either have to break contract and pay $300 for the watch value, or continue the contract for $540 over 3 years. All becuase they didn't quote us the correct monthly price when we would have said no. Demarcus told us we could return the watches without a box for two restock fees and to come back the next day when the manager was there to waive the restock all together. Manager(John?) wasn't there and now they can't return them period. read more

I went in august and I was sold a bag of goods. Carlie was friendly and helpful but then absolutely rude after I went back to inquire about the following; i gave them my daughters old phone and never received credit, the billing plan sold to me was more expensive than what I was paying at AT&T, now $112. And $500 rebate given to me only work on accessories not on an iPad like she said . Basically I ended up with nothing. Now they can't find the phone, I've called Verizon many time , visited the store and I still have no phone credit, they have no record of me giving the phone to Carlie , and I can't use the rebates towards the iPad, and no student discount, and a high phone bill . It's December & Verizon customer service has no record of the phone. I'm so upset. It feels like they took advantage of the situation. And the worse part they have no one looking managing them or their job ethics. The kicker - I can't have my daughter switch back to to my account unless I pay off the new phone and off course they kept the old phone and ripped me off. read more

I've lived in different cities and have been in different Verizon stores but this store and the people that work their are not just working professionals they are warm and caring people that take the time to listen to your needs and concerns. They all work together as a team, the way (in my opinion) a a work place should be. Justin was awesome! After explaining how I had just left Metro and would be dropping them immediately due to them denying me service because I wasn't wearing a mask (I have a health condition), he was able to accommodate me by allowing me to stay in my car with the A/C and he would come out to take care of me. The service was excellent and he answered all my questions honestly and simply enough for me to understand. He even convinced me not to get the 5G version of the phone I wanted because there's no 5G in the area yet, saving me money. Metro did NOT bother to tell me that. All-in-all, I paid far less for the phone here than I would have upgrading at Metro. The case and screen protector was included, and he even threw in a screen cleaning kit. He went into the store stating he needed a flip phone, he doesn't even use the internet, and left with a 1,000 dollar smart phone? Really now. When trying to return the phone I waited in a line for 45 minutes. I had an employee who was extremely rude to me and acted as if she was so put out to help me. She wasn't put out when she made commission on my father. We were a couple days away from the limit of our return. When asked to speak to the manager we received every excuse in the book.
