I watched them do at time of purchase with a fancy machine...Charlatans! Denied it even with a receipt that I have from the purchase. Now that their screen protector is cracking they say that Samsung put it on and not them and that I can't remove the screen protector without breaking the screen. Someone screwed up at time of purchase and now they're trying to cover their behinds. How stupid. I am sure that I am not the only one that they did this to. They owe me a new Samsung Flip for their ignorance...they own this! Also, very nasty and rude staff dismissing my valid concerns. Customer service very subpar. A guy took the watch in the back and about five minutes later brought it back out. I looked at the watch and saw that it was running, but it was in stopwatch mode. Not knowing anything about the watch, I paid the $8.99 and figured my brother could set the watch when I gave it back to him. It wasn't until the next day that my brother told me he couldn't set the watch because a couple of the buttons weren't working. I'm not at all saying the Interstate employee broke the watch, but I'm sure he knew that the new battery wasn't going to help, but wanted to be paid for the service so he didn't tell me.
