Came to T-Mobile after much frustration with other 'big name' businesses. First was cell phone. We needed a flexible plan as we were living outside the U.S. and traveled back throughout the year. The carrier we had at the time would not or could not accommodate our needs. T-Mobile allowed us the flexibility of purchasing service when we needed it and not being attached to a contract. They also offer international data plans at no additional cost (calls are charged per-minute) which is very helpful staying in touch with our friends now that we are back and when we return to visit. All contract services are included in both Mexico and Canada. When we moved back to the U.S., we continued to use their cell phone service and through the years the network has improved with more coverage in more places. They also offer reduced rates if you sign up for auto-pay and have a slightly reduced senior rate. (That's for old folks, not students. ;) In the past couple of years we have had a lot of issues with another carriers internet connection. That plan offered a discount if you included (bundled) a home phone, but we did not need a home phone, and the numbers they gave us continually received 'collections' type calls for other people. We just unplugged the phone and forgot about it. When T-Mobile introduced Wi-Fi internet service we gave it a try. Figured it's can't be worse than the nonsense we already had so we made the jump. Over all their Wi-Fi service is easy to use. Setting up the base receiver near a window was easy for our layout. It's not always perfect; there are times when it isn't behaving as well as usual, but compared to the hard wired service we had it's actually more reliable. We also save about half the cost of the previous provider so I personally call that a win. The staff at this location on Rt.2 have always been very helpful. Some days there is a wait for service, but there are normally two or three staff on hand to keep things moving as well as possible. We prepare ourselves and allow time in our schedule for a wait and when there isn't one, bonus! We have dropped in to ask questions, purchase new items like charging cords and the like and to set up new services. T-Mobile did have a bit of confusion with our account at one point (so long ago I forget what now) and we went in here to see if they could help us sort it out. They called T-Mobile, and took quite some time with them reviewing the problem. Turns out it was a small thing that needed someone with technical acumen to mediate and we very appreciated the time and patience they took solving the issue on our behalf. We always leave satisfied with the customer service provided by their employees and appreciate their efforts. All in all, for both our cell service and wi-fi needs we are happy with our choice of T-Mobile. read more
