I transferred 2 lines back to Metro and kept my old phones and number. Let me explain the game she tried to play. She told me that she gave us the Metro Flex Start plan for $50 and she added in 25GB of hot spot (a bonus). I was told for 2 lines my bill would be $85 with auto pay and $90 without. To set all this up I paid a total of $169. I was given a receipt for the total and it was not itemized. She said I was charged for the first month, 2 activation fees, and 2 sim cards. Once again, I have no itemized receipt. This seems shady. Later, when I logged into my account online she lied about the plan!! It was the Metro Flex Up plan which is $60 and automatically comes with 25GB (SHE DID NOTHING EXTRA). She asked if I wanted phone insurance, I said no. She added it anyway without my permission! I called her to talk about all of this she said "no I added those bonuses in for you" and my bill would be adjusted down to $90. She said she took off the insurance (no she did not, I had to call cust service). I asked her to email an itemized receipt, she told me I could come in the next day. I told her I was looking at the plan online and what she gave me nothing different. So, my bill will be $100 a month not $85! She also told me that she was the manager and corporate. She told me to come back next month I can get some deals. (that makes no sense) I feel like I was scammed and lied to. She was not the most friendly. One guy came in to pay his bill and he had coins (less than a dollar). She said that they don't take coins for payment( she meant the non silver coins). She says the bank will not take them. So the guy left and had to come back. I have a feeling she was lying about that also. The store also smelled of poop when we walked in. No joke!! I will not go back to this location. Just be honest!!!!

Started off working GREAT, so great that I recommended it to two others who soon got internet…read morethrough legacy isp as well. After about 5 months it all went downhill, consistent internet spikes was paying for 15mbp down and 3mbp up. On a good day I was getting anything from 6-9 down and 1.4 up. On most days it could be anything From 2-5 down and anything below 1 up. This has been a constant problem for the last 6 months and they still can't fix the problem. I've also managed to call their tier 1 tech support, who then agrees that their is a problem with my speeds, and then says it's a tier 2 tech's problem. They then go on to tell me that I will get a call back from a tier 2 tech after and never Do! It's happened 3 TIMES! Really frustrating. They also don't know why I keep dropping connection every 5-15 mins. Update: they tried telling me it may be my router so they've had me straight wired to my pc for the past two days and still the same LMAO. (Picture for proof)

I'll never do business with them. I tried to call and investigate what caused the increased and never received a call back or even an email of the increase. BAD, BAD customer service.

I'm a little surprised by the other commenter who waited a whole day and then felt he didn't have to honor a contract he signed...something seems a little fishy there...
