I am sitting in the Waxahachie AT&T store and have been for 45 minutes while they search for my 2 new Apple Watches I bought and THEY had delivered here. No one can find the package. Multiple employees have searched. Then I'm told UPS always delivers to the wrong address. So they go next door to check PetSmart because sometimes packages get delivered there! OMG! Package was never found! Are they running a scam with insurance? Employees Brad- Alexis and Mikey were completely incompetent and uncaring about this situation and threw the poor little guy that was trying under the bus. Now they say they will cancel my payment for the taxes but offer nothing but their word. I cannot believe this place is still in business. Do not come here! And of course no one would tell us the Managers name or when they would be there!!!! Walked in to look at purchasing 3 new phones. Were given an estimate of 5-10 minutes and gave up at the 20 minute mark. There were three employees talking behind the desk and 5 additional employees that came in during that time but no one came back out of the employee area to assist. By the time we left, two customers were being assisted (prior to our arrival) and 5 other groups were waiting. read more

Today I went to the AT&T store in Waxahachie seeking some help from an associate to help transfer a phone from the previous owner I purchased my business from. I told the Associate there that I was trying to get the phone number transfer to my new phone. And he stop there and told me to go back and contact the other party and once I did that I would get the authorization to get the number transfer to my phone. I told him that I yesterday I was with AT&T on the phone and they send me to the store and the guy who had the other phone was awarded of what to do because he talked to the same associate I did. Literally I had yelled all this to him because he wouldn't let me talk or express my self . I worked in sales and Customer Service must of my profesional live and I never seen a person so disrespectful in my entire career . I even told them that I needed my Pin reset and the throw me out of the store for being disrespectful . I worked in AT& T and I never seen an Associate or a manager with your attitude before in the main office or at the store level. I know what the process is but there is something you can always do for the customer. I'm Business owner and I just purchased The Phone, Direct TV, Internet service and a phone line for the office and I feel and my wife was looking to purchase a new phone. read more

Went in to get a new phone. Was greeted by The Fonz. Everything went down Hill very quickly and I could tell he was annoyed or having a bad day. I did buy a phone but Fonz didn't offer to set it up or offer any guidance. He just slid the brand new box across the table unopened along with my receipt told me to have a nice day. Once I got to my car I decided I didn't want anything to do with this store and went right back in to return the BRAND new unopened phone which I've only had for 1 minute...to be told I would be charged a $55 restocking fee. I was extremely upset and decided to visit the Red Oak location...which is where Alexander took great care of getting my new phone ready and explained my new bill which the Fonz never did. I will NEVER step foot in the Waxahachie store ever again. If you want Top Notch service please visit the Red Oak location or any other location besides this one. Was in a weird spot with a fiber bill. Went to store and spoke with a rep saying I was unable to pay by debit card for new bill. The rep said I needed to pay in cash. So I went and grabbed cash from my bank and went all the way back to store with the exact amount in hand. Another rep stated we pulled our cash already you cannot pay with cash...... so I can't pay with card and now I can't pay with cash because you already pulled the cash for the day. LAZY they just didn't want to go through cash again at the end of the day. Called Midlothian branch and a rep stated I DONT KNOW WHY THEY DO THAT ITS LAZY. I was lied to by an employee (Octavio) and didn't realize I was being charged for an iPad account that I NEVER HAD! The manager, Sarah had no real interest in helping to resolve the issue and said it was because I had ported out of the account. Well duh I went to Verizon after I was being overcharged for 2 years! This review is more for the general service from AT&T here in Waxahachie. The people at this store are nice and accommodating. They take care of you if you need assistance with anything. The reason I am writing this review is for the cell service (for data). It is absolutely abysmal in this area. Between the hours of 4pm-7pm every evening I cannot get enough data to send out a simple iMessage. It is ridiculous. It has been this way for months and if they don't fix it soon I will be switching to another provider. read more

The skinny fuck I talked to tried lying and saying my bill would be $35 more than what I was told online and over the phone because "You have to have xyz" added on. Horrible service...went to get my I Phone unlocked...was told the employees could not do it, I needed to go to MY ATT account...stopped by ATT in Ennis and they were prompt and helpful...and they did aid me in getting it unlocked, which proved to me that either the employee in Waxahachie was either incompetent or just flat out lied in order not to give customer service. read more

I went in this afternoon to pickup a phone for my daughter that I had purchased online. The store employee was very rude and not helpful at all so I asked for the store manager. The manager on duty was even worse. When I told him that I had never had problems at other stores I had done business with he told me "Then I suggest you go to one of those stores" I filled a formal complaint with AT&T and will never recommend this store to anyone. Our account was hacked last weekend. My wife had to drive up to the store right before closing time on Saturday to try and resolve the situation. The manager had already left, but the other workers stayed with my wife for 2 hours after closing time to help us. And when she kept apologizing for keeping them late, the response was "no, we just want to make sure you're taken care of." And they did all they could to help us get out of a crazy situation. My husband wanted to get me a new phone so we happened to stop in at the AT&T store in Waxahachie. We usually go here but we will FOREVER take our business elsewhere. We spoke to a rep (Sam) there who kindly informed us that if we waited a few more days, Samsung would be launching a great deal to trade in a phone & get a new one for free. Great! We set an appt & ALSO made sure that Sam was going to be in so that she could get the commission. We come in for our appt but no Sam. I asked another employee & he said that she should be in & he'd go check. Meanwhile I sent her a text & she text back that she was "pulling up now"...it was 7 minutes past my appt. She walked in the door...no acknowledgement, just walked thru the store & to the back room. OK, fine. We waited another 6 min until I went to another employee & asked him if he wanted to help us since apparently Sam wasn't going too but he said that he didn't want to take her appt & proceeded to walk back to find her. We waited another minute & then decided to leave. That was 15 minutes past my appt & 7-8 minutes from the time she walked thru the door to the back room. Sam finally called when we were driving away telling me that she was late due to her having to go to the pharmacy because she thought she had Covid. If my appt is at 11 & you think you have Covid...you have plenty of time to go to the pharmacy & certainly she had plenty of time to let me know...SHE HAD MY #...that she was going to be late. For us to stand there for 15 minutes while she drove in & then was doing whatever she was doing in the back room is a pure sign of a LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is how people get treated who try to give her her commission. We went to the MIDLOTHIAN AT&T & GOT EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Not only did we get 1 phone but 2. Waiting for 15 min may not seem like a lot to some people but if we hadn't of even said anything, I'm not sure how long we'd have stood there before she actually came out. We've been AT&T customers for almost 15-20 yrs...it's been so long I've forgotten. We will NEVER go to WAXAHACHIE AT&T again & they can thank SAM. Let me start off by saying that I'm not one who would normally leave a review like I'm about to have to leave. If I could give give a zero or -5 or less, that would be my honest rating. I've never been treated so rude or disrespected like I was today by the Store Manager, named Mark. I've been in retail management for over 35+ years myself, and truly understand the meaning of customer service, and it's importance to a company's repeat business. There is not enough room to type everything that happened. So with this said, I have never ever been treated like this or with such unprofessional behavior. We've also been a customer of AT&T for the past 35+ years. I called AT&T before I went in the store, and they assured me that there would be no issues returning the once lost new phone that I received over a week later, than it's scheduled delivery date. I entered the store around 12:30pm, and I asked to speak to the manager, wearing to be sure that there would be no issues, returning the phone. The Store Manager, who I later learned, was named Mark. I was told that I would have to pay a $55 restocking fee. I said I was just trying to give them the phone back that was originally lost, and had been delivered 10 days later. A man who several times walked by me, at least 2-3 times, before I asked if he was the manager, and he said "yes" as he was walking away. As he was waking away, I'll be with you in a minute, and he continued walk across the store, removed some product from the peghooks, and brought them back to the side wall. As he walked by, I kept trying to speak to him about my issue, and he couldn't give me even a minute of his time, and after getting the runaround for several minutes and times. When I was finally able to speak to him for few seconds, he brought me a piece of paper, gloating that I could not return the phone to the store, and then he dismissed me abruptly right away, holding his hand up, and said "Ok..........Bye bye. Thank you" which I found very disturbing for a manager who apparently is oblivious and unaware of his own actions, and the impact it has on his associates' as well as the company's social reputation. I told him that I would definitely be leaving a review, and he said "Ok..........Go ahead", and he walked away from me for the 3rd time. I then left the store, and I wasn't happy, at all, because of the poorest and most disrespectful service, if you can even call it that, that I've ever received in all my years as a consumer. It was around 1:25pm now, when I was leaving the store. Finally the supervisor came to the phone, which I had been on hold with for a long period of time. I asked her to please send or email me a return label so I could please send back them their phone, which she agreed to do, after the previous lady on the phone refused to do. read more

Another bad experience at an AT&T store. The minute you walk in, there's two employees to add your name on a waiting list. I just wanted to purchase a phone outright for my mother. Something simple. Had to be added to the wait list. More employees walking around then helping customers. Then after every time an employee was finished with a customer, they went to a back room for about ten minutes. I guess they get a ten minute break after working every 15 minutes. Why do you need two employees adding people on a wait list. One of them could have been assisting customers. After about a 40 minute wait, I was told they don't even have the phone I wanted, but had a more expensive one to purchase. If you don't have the phone, don't display it for sell, or at least put an out of stock sticker on the display. Very poorly run. read more

Waited 40 minutes for service from an associate. After calling them to help us they said our name wasn't in the que. I advised them who took our info and he said somehow it disappeared. Took over 2.5 hrs to get new phones and change plans. Once you do get service it is fine. The problem was there was over 5 employees just standing around talking. Worst ever I was suppose to be getting a better internet at a discount & after it was all said and done they upped my price $10 more than I was paying and after I told them I didn't want the Uverse TV they tried to stick me with that too. Taked with a supervisor named John who couldn't help me & had to transfer me to the "Loyalty" department because they didn't want to lose my business since I had been a customer for so long Elliott answered the phone & said all he could give me was a $40 credit...after being lied too twice I don't think so. I've giving them some stars because they were friendly once we got assistance. My lack of more stars was a pet peeve of mine. When lazy ass employees take up two parking spaces in front of the store in a crowded parking lot, it speaks volumes as to what type of d-bag they can be. Two employees, to be exact.
