Started off working GREAT, so great that I recommended it to two others who soon got internet…read morethrough legacy isp as well. After about 5 months it all went downhill, consistent internet spikes was paying for 15mbp down and 3mbp up. On a good day I was getting anything from 6-9 down and 1.4 up. On most days it could be anything From 2-5 down and anything below 1 up. This has been a constant problem for the last 6 months and they still can't fix the problem. I've also managed to call their tier 1 tech support, who then agrees that their is a problem with my speeds, and then says it's a tier 2 tech's problem. They then go on to tell me that I will get a call back from a tier 2 tech after and never Do! It's happened 3 TIMES! Really frustrating. They also don't know why I keep dropping connection every 5-15 mins. Update: they tried telling me it may be my router so they've had me straight wired to my pc for the past two days and still the same LMAO. (Picture for proof)

I have been using this colocation company for 18 years that sold out to vergent, and within 1 month…read morethey charge $240 for power to a 2U server, that was originally quoted for $85 a month for 2U server colocation, and there was no notification that was being done, or even documentation to sign to indicated that it would be going from $85 for 2U colocation space to $352 for 2U colocation space. I'll never do business with them. I tried to call and investigate what caused the increased and never received a call back or even an email of the increase. BAD, BAD customer service.

I've had such problems at home with Verizon and AT&T, but these folks always responded and ensured we got up and running quickly. I'm a little surprised by the other commenter who waited a whole day and then felt he didn't have to honor a contract he signed...something seems a little fishy there...
