Time after time the customer service here is a joke. Talk about wasting the time of the customers. I walked into the store at 7:35 pm to try and upgrade a phone. Not once was asked what brought me in today. And not until 7:58 pm does 1 of the 2 kids it seemed liked working here decided finally ask. Joel asked what brings us in and I answered an upgrade, then he now chooses to say the vault in the back locks at 8. He was going to go in the back and check too see if he had the phone we desired and make sure they had it in stock so that he wouldn't waste my time. He wasted my time form the minute we walked in. How do you not sit here and identify the needs of the customers walking in, knowing your vault closes at 8. You need to better train your reps on how to address customers when they walk through that door. This customer service here is a joke, I've come into this store multiple times, but clearly corporate T-Mobile wouldn't be proud to know that's how this TPR store makes them look trash. At times Like this, Where is hot and COVID guidelines Tmobile should have a time limit or atleast expedite the time with the customers they only allow 2 customers at at time while we are Exhausted outside and standing for more than 45 minutes , where is the value of customer service of course they take there time , there in an ac building. I called the T-Mobile at 11:00AM and no one answered. The store says that it opens at 10:00AM. So, I called again and again. After calling for about 30 minutes I just decided to call the corporate number and got an answer in 10 minutes. The person I talked to tried to call this store and they didn't even get a response! I've had issues with this store in the past. Whether that be in person or on the phone (if they ever answered). I never left a review because I'm rather lazy but now I am. Do NOT go to this store. Well first off there store hours say 10 am - 8 pm. I've shown up 3 times now between 6:50pm & 7:30 pm and each time they're closed. So today I checked store hours again and even tried calling to ask someone what time they actually close. Nope! The phone number posted online rings twice then says this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service. I googled other boost mobile locations nearby and even though most of them say open until 8 pm only one location answered they're phone. The young lady that answered was rude! She told me she was closing in 5 minutes at 7:30 pm. I explained to her that I could be there in 3 minutes and we desperately needed a new phone for my wife. I came into the store with just a quick question and was greeted with a rude attitude right from the start, mind you, it was very slow and I was the only customer in the store. They were going to charge me for a service that has always been complimentary. I've been with T-Mobile since 2006 and I have never had a problem. So I decided to go to another T-Mobile store 2 miles away and was in and out within 5 minutes. They were able to fix the issue no charge, no problem, no issue. Totally different experience. I recommend going to the T-Mobile on Beverly and Norwalk, they have superior customer service than the one here. read more

Went in to ask about my phone acting up and dropping calls, the young kind of heavier set kid with the flopping come over hair, wasn't doing much soon as I walked up to the counter he suddenly was occupied, weird! Anyway he proceeded to try to explain how there was nothing he could do and I should call Customer care to get a bill credit WTF, that doesn't fix my dropped call issues! I explained I had recently received a email to come into a store to also do a sim swap aka TNX or whatever they're calling it, He tried to explain it to me but seemed extremely checked out of the conversation probably too many Dab hits and had the hardest time putting a complete sentence together, He went on some mini information spill about how T-Mobile was is trying to dissolve Sprint Customers. By far the worst customer service I've EVER received from T-Mobile, mind you I've been with T-Mobile for 8 years. We waited for about 15 minutes to get assistance which I didn't mind since I always expect to wait a little when going to any sort of electronics store. The representative who helped us was Luciano. I couldn't believe he was a manager at this store! He was extremely unprofessional doing his counts while "helping" us! He then mentioned his personal life story to me like I cared. I mean I don't mind small talk but seriously dude you are not giving us your undivided attention to begin with so miss me with your personal issues! We went to add a line for my niece and we wanted to get her an iPhone 7 since she's only 12 and doesn't really need the latest iPhone. Welllll let me tell you! He first started talking about the type of plan I had and how I should upgrade it. When I mentioned the iPhone 7 is when he went off on how we should not get anything lower than the iPhone 8. I mean I get it you're trying to up sale and hit your goal but when someone goes in saying that they want a particular item you're not supposed to talk sh** on the item but rather try to talk about the new features of the newer phones.. overall I was very disappointed and just told him I had to think about it, but I'm never going to this T-Mobile store again! There was nothing "Dulce"about the store manager Dulce. She has no people skills. Dulce preferred to sing along with the music that she was playing over head than to have any communication with me. When I asked her to make a change on the paperwork she made a gesture like it was a big deal. She couldn't wait to be done with me. I had to tell her if it was to much trouble I could go to another T-Mobile location. That's when her attitude change a little. My kids were like why would you go back to that location... they have HORRIBLE service!!! I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. But Now I know why this location is empty most of the time, the service sucks. With the exception of Jose who was super nice last visit. I should have waited for Jose. COME ON T-MOBILE hire managers that have customer service skills. Managers that at least look like they enjoy working with people. Managers that can put a smile on their face. read more

These employees are so rude they don't know how to do their job, every single time I walk into this T-Mobile store in particular there's always a problem or they can't fix something or they don't check some thing right, they suck do not come to this tMOBIL!! That's when a little attitude started to build up. I was getting nervous because the two other workers in the room were just staring at me and I felt uncomfortable. The store is supposedly supposed to close at 9 pm and I was here at 8:55 pm and the doors were already closed. Luckily the employee opened it but she told me I could not return my case. I'm coming from LAX. She made up so bullshit excuse and said "the system is down because T-Mobile shuts it down before closing" but that makes no sense because what if it were busy half an hour before closing.
